优质护理服务在基层卫生院临床护理中的应用效果

摘要：目的：研究探讨优质护理服务在基层卫生院临床护理中的效果。方法：本文在2019年1月至2020年6月进行，选择我院80名患者为对象，根据护理手段分为两组各40例，对照组进行普通护理干预，观察组采取优质护理干预。对比两组的满意度，护理质量。结果：观察组满意度比对照组的要高，护理质量评分优于对照组，差异有统计学意义，P < 0.05。结论：对基层卫生院患者进行优质护理干预，效果较好，可以增强满意度，改善护理质量，帮助患者提高预后生活质量，建立一个良好的服务形象，促进护患关系和谐发展，值得在今后的治疗中推广。

Abstract： Objective： to study the effect of high quality nursing service in clinical nursing of primary health centers. Method： from January 2019 to June 2020， 80 patients in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the nursing methods， 40 cases in each group. The control group was given general nursing intervention， and the observation group was given high-quality nursing intervention. The satisfaction and nursing quality of the two groups were compared. Result： the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group， the nursing quality score was better than that of the control group， the difference was statistically significant， P < 0.05. Conclusion： the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on patients in primary health centers is good， which can enhance satisfaction， improve nursing quality， help patients improve prognosis quality of life， establish a good service image， and promote the harmonious development of nurse patient relationship， which is worthy of promotion in the future treatment.

一、前言

隨着医疗技术水平的发展，很多患者对护理的需求也随之而增加，健康意识开始变强，基层医院的诊疗水平也不断上升，选择来基层医院就诊的患者越来越多，这就需要护理人员充分发挥自己的主观能动性，为患者提供全面的护理干预[1]。要改变以往的传统护理模式，以患者为中心，根据不同患者的病情进行针对性的护理干预，明确每个护理人员的责任，提高护理责任意识，确保患者得到有效的护理干预，提高护理质量[2]。为此，本次研究选择2019年1月至2020年6月我院诊治的80名患者为对象，进行优质护理干预，旨在为今后的护理工作提供有价值的参考依据，取得了很不错的效果，具体如下。

二、资料与方法
