优质护理管理模式在肾内科护理管理中应用的效果研究

【摘  要】目的：分析在肾内科护理管理工作中应用优质护理管理模式的临床应用效果。方法：将于2019年6月至2020年1月在我院肾内科接受治疗的64例患者作为研究对象，符合肾脏类疾病诊断标准，在入组后采取随机数字法将患者随机分配对照组、观察组，每组32例患者，使用不同的护理管理方法，并对比临床应用效果。结果：观察组分级护理、护理文书、抢救护理、病区管理、消毒隔离等方面的护理质量评分明显优于对照组，同时数据间有较大差异，（P<0.05）。结论：在肾内科护理管理工作中应用优质护理管理模式效果较为理想，能够在保障患者护理安全性的同时提高护理质量。

【Abstract】Objective： to analyze the clinical effect of applying high quality nursing management model in nursing management of Nephrology Department. Methods： a total of 64 patients who were treated in Nephrology Department of our hospital from June 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the study subjects， which met the diagnostic criteria of renal diseases， each group of 32 patients， the use of different nursing management methods， and the comparison of clinical application. Results： The nursing quality scores of the observation group in grading nursing， nursing documents， rescue nursing， ward management， disinfection and isolation were significantly better than those of the control group， and there were significant differences between the data （p < 0.05） . CONCLUSION： The application of high-quality nursing management mode in the nursing management of nephrology department is effective， which can improve the quality of nursing while ensuring the safety of patients.

優质护理管理模式是在常规护理管理上进行更加科学化、人性化、合理化的改进而成，相信将其应用于肾内科护理管理工作中可进一步提高护理质量。

1.资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

组内共选取了64例研究对象，为肾内科收治，主要患有肾病综合征、肾功能衰竭、慢性肾功能不全等症状，符合诊断标准，且不存在其他系统性疾病及意识不清晰等情况。入组后将患者随机分配为了使用常规护理管理的对照组和使用优质护理管理模式的观察组，每组32例患者。64例患者中男、女比例为38∶26，平均年龄（50.39±3.69）岁。两组患者一般资料无统计学意义，（P>0.05），有可比性。

1.2 方法

常规护理管理模式应用于对照组中，护理人员需具有严谨的风险防范意识，能够严格遵照相关操作标准开展护理工作。
