2022冬残奥会背景下冰橇冰球项目及技术特征研究

摘要：为了更好的了解冰橇冰球运动，对冰橇冰球的项目特征和运动员的技术特征形成一个更充分的认识，从而更好的推广和发展冰橇冰球运动，运用文献资料法进行分析研究。研究发现：冰橇冰球项目是一项同场对抗激烈的冰雪运动，对运动员的体能要求较高。技术作为决胜关键因素，教练员不仅要加强运动员的单兵对抗技术，同时也要加强团队技术训练。目前我国的冰橇冰球项目发展仍然处于起步阶段，借2022北京冬残奥会为契机，扩大冰橇冰球项目的社会认知度，加强相关理论研究。

Study on Ice Ski Ice Project and Technical Characteristics in the Background of 2022 Winter Paralympic Games

Absrtact：In order to better understand the ice hockey movement， a fuller understanding of the event characteristics of ice hockey and the technical characteristics of athletes is formed， so as to better promote and develop the ice hockey movement， the use of literature method for analysis and research. The study found that the skis ice hockey event is a fierce ice sports in the same field， which requires high physical fitness requirements for athletes. As the key factor of victory， coaches should not only strengthen the individual confrontation technology of athletes， but also strengthen the group technical training. At present， the development of ice hockey project in China is still in its infancy， and it is necessary to take the 2022 Beijing Winter Paralympic Games as an opportunity to expand the social awareness of ice hockey project and strengthen the relevant theoretical research.

1.引言

2022年第二十四届冬奥会将在北京举办，届时也将迎来第十三届冬残奥会，冬季残疾人奥运会是国际残奥会（IPC）举办的世界残疾人综合运动会，每四年举办一届，办赛级别与夏季残奥会等同，是最高级别的残疾人冬季运动项目比赛。自2018年中国轮椅冰壶队在平昌冬残奥会夺得金牌，登上最高领奖台，实现中国代表团五次参赛以来奖牌和金牌零的突破，这极大鼓舞了中国残奥会代表团对于2022北京冬残奥会的信心。冬残奥会的冰橇冰球项目相当于奥运会中的冰球项目，参加这项运动的都是下肢残疾的运动员，是一项极具对抗性及观赏性的冰上集体竞赛运动项目。技术是在冰橇冰球运动的决胜关键要素，我国冰橇冰球起步较晚，更要加强对于技术的学习。本研究以北京2022冬残奥会为背景，对冰橇冰球的项目特征以及技术特征进行深入的研究，以到达更深入了解冰橇冰球项目为目的，促进我国冰橇冰球项目更好更快的发展，为未来研究提供理论基础。……
