精细化护理对甲状腺手术患者术后负性情绪及睡眠的影响

摘要 目的：探析精細化护理用于甲状腺手术患者术后改善负性情绪和睡眠的效果。方法：选取2017年3月至2019年2月福建医科大学附属南平第一医院收治的甲状腺手术患者92例作为研究对象，根据数字随机法分为对照组和观察组，每组46例。对照组进行常规护理干预，观察组在对照组的基础上进行精细化护理干预。比较与观察2组患者护理前后的负性情绪和睡眠质量评分。结果：护理后观察组的负性情绪及睡眠质量评分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：精细化护理可有效地改善甲状腺手术患者的负性情绪，提高睡眠质量，从而促进患者术后恢复，值得在临床应用。

Influence of Meticulous Nursing for Negative Emotion and Sleep of Patients after Thyroid Surgery

Abstract Objective：To explore the effect of meticulous nursing in improving the negative mood and sleep of patients after thyroid surgery.Methods：A Total of 92 patients with thyroidectomy in Nanping First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from March 2017 to February 2019 were divided into control group and study group with 46 cases in each group according to the method of random number table.The control group were with routine nursing model intervention，the study group were with meticulous nursing on the basis of the control group.Then the negative mentality and sleep quality scores of two groups before and after nursing were compared.Results：The negative mental state score and sleep quality scores of study group after the intervention were significantly lower than those of control group，there were statistically significant differences（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The application of meticulous nursing in the nursing of patients with thyroid surgery can effectively improve their negative mentality and sleep quality，thus promoting the recovery of patients after operation，so it is worthy of clinical application.

甲状腺疾病是临床多发且常见症，对此病症者临床多选择应用手术治疗。然而，因手术部位的特殊性，手术治疗后临床都会叮嘱患者禁止颈部活动，防止因伤口出血出现不必要的损伤[1]。但患者往往由于思想顾虑，导致下床活动和翻身延迟，从而易诱发一系列躯体不适情况发生，严重影响临床护理质量，以及术后生命质量。对此，为避免上述情况发生，及早开展相应护理干预配合非常重要。故本文就精细化护理用于甲状腺手术患者术后改善负性情绪和睡眠的效果进行探究，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料 选取2017年3月至2019年2月福建医科大学附属南平第一医院收治的甲状腺手术患者92例作为研究对象，根据数字随机法分为对照组和观察组，每组46例。对照组中男19例，女27例，年龄31～57岁，平均年龄（44.61±7.86）岁。观察组中男18例，女28例，年龄32～58岁，平均年龄（45.23±8.41）岁。……
