精神分裂症患者睡眠障碍的研究进展

0例作为研究对象，通过回顾性研究分析方法对精神分裂症患者睡眠障碍的症状、睡眠障碍对精神分裂症患者的病情康复的影响、抗精神药物对精神分裂症患者睡眠障碍的影响、精神分裂症患者睡眠脑电图的改变情况、已经精神分裂症患者睡眠障碍的质量情况进行总结。对精神分裂症患者的睡眠状况进行分析，探讨精神分裂症患者睡眠障碍的研究进展。最终得出睡眠障碍虽然不是精神分裂症患者的主要发病症状，但睡眠障碍可直接影响到精神分裂症患者的整个治疗效果和病情康复稳定。

Research Progress of Sleep Disorder in Patients with Schizophrenia

Abstract In this paper，60 schizophrenics admitted to the Sixth People′s Hospital of Jilin City from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects.Through retrospective research and analysis，the symptoms of schizophrenic sleep disorders，the effects of sleep disorders on the rehabilitation of schizophrenic patients，the effects of antipsychotics on the sleep disorders of schizophrenic patients，and schizophrenic patients were analyzed.As well as the changes of sleep EEG and the quality of sleep disorders in schizophrenic patients were summarized.The purpose is to analyze the sleep status of schizophrenics and to explore the research progress of sleep disorders in schizophrenics.It is concluded that although sleep disorder is not the main symptom of schizophrenia，sleep disorder can directly affect the whole treatment effect and recovery stability of schizophrenia.

在精神类疾病里精神分裂症属于比较常见的疾病，其病程一般都比较长，统计显示精神分裂症发病期多为青壮年时期，常伴有自我认知能力、思维能力、处事行为能力、情感等多方面的障碍以及其他并发症[1]。精神分裂症患者常伴有睡眠障碍的出现，而睡眠障碍是直接影响精神分裂症患者生命质量和病情康复的一项症状。据统计显示，精神分裂症患者的睡眠障碍发生率比普通患者要高出很多，精神分裂症患者睡眠障碍的发生率能达到65%左右。睡眠质量的好坏，可以直接关系到人们身体健康的好坏，当出现睡眠时间严重缩短和睡眠质量变差的情况时，就说明已经出现了睡眠障碍[2]。出现睡眠障碍一方面严重影响到了生命的质量，另一方面还会诱发到身体其他疾病的发生。……
