精细化健康体检管理模式在体检中心应用效果评价

【摘 要】目的：评价精细化健康管理模式在体检中心的应用效果。方法：将2018年9月至2019年9月于本体检中心进行体检的94例体检者作为研究对象，平均分为对照组与观察组，其中对照组应用传统管理模式，观察组应用精細化健康体检管理模式，对照两组患者对于健康知识掌握率及对体检工作的满意度。结果：体检工作结束后，经调查观察组患者两项指标均具有优越性，与对照组间的差距具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：相较于传统体检管理模式，精细化健康体检管理模式对于体检工作的开展具有更好效果，值得在未来体检工作中推广。

【Abstract】Objective： To evaluate the application effect of refined health management mode in physical examination center. Methods： A total of 94 physical examination subjects who underwent physical examination at the center of the body from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the study group and the observation group. The control group used the traditional management mode and the observation group applied refined health. The physical examination management mode compares the two groups of patients health knowledge acquisition rate and satisfaction with the physical examination work. Results： After the physical examination， the two indicators in the observation group were superior， and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Compared with the traditional physical examination management mode， the refined health check-up management mode has a better effect on the development of the physical examination work， and it is worthy of promotion in the future physical examination work.

本次研究主要探讨了精细化健康体检管理模式在体检中心的应用效果，现作出如下报告。

1 资料与方法

1.1基本资料

选取2018年9月至2019年9月于本体检中心进行体检的94名体检者作为研究对象，应用随机表法平均分为对照组与观察组，分组后两组体检者一般资料经对比无显著差距，不具有统计学意义。

1.2研究方法

对照组应用传统管理模式实施体检管理，具体操作包括发放体检表、协助体检者填写表格并告知详细体检时间地点与体检要求等信息，由体检者自行完成整个体检流程，在体检结束后，告知体检者报告领取时间。

观察组应用精细化健康体检管理模式，以“一站式”模式完善整个体检流程，设置各岗位专职工作人员，完善了体检流程。除此之外，还设置了多方面的体检措施改善，包括：（1）应用预约体检模式，并在预约阶段告知体检者检前注意事项与准备工作。……
