【摘 要】目的：分析静脉丙种球蛋白结合甲泼尼龙治疗重症手足口病患儿疗效。方法：选重症手足口病患儿80例，随机分两组各40例。对照组甲泼尼龙治疗，观察组静脉丙种球蛋白结合甲泼尼龙治疗。评估两组临床疗效及并发症。结果：观察组有效率显著高于对照组，不良反应显著低于对照组，P<0.05。结论：通过使用静脉丙种球蛋白结合甲泼尼龙治疗重症手足口病，患儿疗效显著，降低并发症发生率

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the efficacy of intravenous gamma globulin combined with methylprednisolone in the treatment of severe hand， foot and mouth disease. Methods： Eighty children with severe hand， foot and mouth disease were selected and randomly divided into 40 groups. In the control group， methylprednisolone was treated， and the observation group was treated with intravenous gamma globulin combined with methylprednisolone. The clinical efficacy and complications of the two groups were evaluated. Results： The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group， and the adverse reactions were significantly lower than the control group， P<0.05. Conclusion： By using intravenous gamma globulin combined with methylprednisolone in the treatment of severe hand， foot and mouth disease， the effect of children is significant， reducing the incidence of complications.

本研究中我們探讨分析静脉丙种球蛋白结合甲泼尼龙对于治疗重症手足口病患儿的临床效果分析，为此本院选取了重症手足口病患儿的患儿共80例，现将结果报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取2018年9月至2019年9月在我院接受治疗的重症手足口病患儿共80例作为本次的研究对象。按随机数字法将其分为观察组和对照组，两组患者人数均为40例，年龄范围为1-5岁，平均年龄为（2±2）岁;两组患儿的一般资料无统计学意义（P>0.05）。纳入标准：（1）在我院进行诊断与治疗的重症手足口病患儿;（2）患儿的家属阅读我院知情书情况下自愿参与研究;（3）无其他先天性疾病;（4）对此次研究药物无过敏反应，完成整个疗程。排除标准：（1）患者对本次研究分组方法不同意;（2）患者临床数据不全或者是全部丢失;（3）经我院医生确诊为其他疾病（精神方面）影响所要研究的各项指标;（4）心脏、肾脏或者是肝脏存在严重障碍的患儿;
