健康宣教标准路径在急性白血病患者化疗期间护理中的应用

【摘 要】目的：探讨研究在急性白血病患者化疗期间进行健康宣教标准路径护理干预的应用效果。方法：选择2018年1月-2019年7月期间于我院进行化疗的急性白血病患者110例，随机分为对照组与研究组各55例患者。对照组患者实施常规急性白血病化疗期护理干预，研究者患者在对照组患者的护理干预基础上，进行健康宣教标准路径护理，对比两组患者抑郁自量表（SAS）与焦虑自量表（SDS）评分以及白细胞与血小板水平的改善情况。结果：研究组患者白细胞与血小板水平以及SAS与SDS评分的改善效果均明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：在化疗期急性白血病患者的护理工作中，实施常规护理干预与健康宣教标准路径相结合的护理方式，能够有效提升护理干预的临床效果，有助于提高患者治疗疾病的积极性。

【Abstract】Objective： To investigate the application effect of standard pathway nursing intervention for health education during acute leukemia patients during chemotherapy. Methods： A total of 110 patients with acute leukemia who underwent chemotherapy in our hospital from January 20 to July 2019 were randomly divided into control group and study group with 55 patients. The patients in the control group underwent conventional acute leukemia chemotherapy intervention. The patients in the control group underwent the health care standard path nursing based on the nursing intervention of the control group. The two groups of patients' depression self-rating scale （SAS） and anxiety scale （SDS） were compared. ） Score and improvement in white blood cell and platelet levels. Results： The improvement of white blood cell and platelet levels and SAS and SDS scores in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion： In the nursing work of patients with acute white blood cells during chemotherapy， the combination of routine nursing intervention and health education standard path can effectively improve the clinical effect of nursing intervention and help to improve the enthusiasm of patients to treat diseases.

急性白血病是由于造血干细胞恶性增殖分化导致的一种血液系统恶性疾病[1]，主要表现症状为进行性贫血、发热、出血以及组织器官的浸润[2]。目前最主要、常见的治疗急性白血病的方式是化疗，但是化疗的毒副作用较大，容易造成一系列的并发症，严重影响患者的健康与生命安全[3-4]。所以需要护理工作人员针对患者的症状进行相应的护理干预与指导，以此尽可能减少患者的痛苦，改善患者的生活质量，延伸患者的生命。本文研究急性白血病化疗期患者实施常规护理干预与健康宣教标准路徑相结合的护理方式的临床疗效，现报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选择2018年1月-2019年7月期间于我院血液科进行化疗的急性白血病患者110例，全部患者均经过检查确诊为急性白血病，且均为首次进行化疗。……
