护理干预对更年期子宫功能失调性出血患者服药依从性及治疗效果的影响研究

【摘要】 目的：分析护理干预对更年期子宫功能失调性出血患者服药依从性及治疗效果的影响。方法：选取2018年3月-2019年3月笔者所在医院收治的更年期子宫功能失调性出血患者82例，将其随机分为参照组和验证组，各41例。参照组采用常规护理，验证组采用优质护理，比较两组治疗总有效率、生活质量、服药依从率及心理状态。结果：验证组治疗总有效率、服药依从率、生活质量评分、心理状态评分均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对更年期子宫功能失调性出血患者实施优质护理，可有效提升治疗效果及服药依从性，改善心理状态，增强生活质量。

Effect Study of Nursing Interventions on Medication Compliance and Therapeutic Effect of Menopausal Patients with Uterine Dysfunctional Bleeding/SU Aichan. //Chinese and Foreign Medical Research， 2020， 18（13）： -118

[Abstract] Objective： To analyze the effect of nursing interventions on medication compliance and therapeutic effect of menopausal patients with uterine dysfunction bleeding. Method： A total of 82 menopausal patients with uterine dysfunctional bleeding admitted in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected. They were randomly divided into the reference group and the verification group， with 41 cases in each group. The reference group received routine nursing and the verification group received high quality nursing. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Result： The total effective rate of treatment， medication compliance rate， quality of life score and psychological state score of the verification group were significantly higher than those of the reference group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： High quality nursing for menopausal patients with uterine dysfunction bleeding can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and medication compliance， improve the psychological state， and is worth further promotion.

子宫功能失调性出血是临床常见疾病，主要由于神经内分泌异常所致，患者可表现为阴道出血，若不进行及时治疗，将威胁其身体健康及生活质量，此类患者普遍存在恐惧、焦虑等不良情绪，因此极易出现不愿意配合治疗的情况[1-2]。子宫功能失调性出血常发生于青春期或围绝经期，多为无排卵型功能失调性子宫出血，对于更年期的女性，其更年期子宫功能失调性出血的发病率极高，目前临床针对子宫功能性出血的治疗方法是药物治疗，但是治疗期间合理有效护理也对患者疗效有着重大影响。有研究表明对更年期子宫功能失调性出血患者采用优质护理，可提升治疗效果，能够避免不良情况的出现[3-4]。因此，本文将优质护理实施于更年期子宫功能失调性出血患者，探讨其护理效果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法
