新冠肺炎疫情下组织学线上教学的探索

摘  要：2020年春季学期受到新型冠状病毒肺炎（新冠肺炎，COVID-19）疫情的影响，全国各地高校积极响应教育部提出的“停课不停教、停课不停学”要求，进行在线课堂教学。文章介绍了组织学在线课堂教学的实施过程，通过选择授课平台、结合疫情热点充实、创新教学内容，激发学生学习兴趣;融入疫情进行在线课堂思政，激发学生爱国情怀和敬畏生命的意识;加强教学互动，注重师生在线交流，活跃课堂氛围;上述措施，取得了良好的教学成效，希望为以后线上-线下混合式教学提供思路和实践。

Abstract： Due to the impact of the 2019-nCoV， colleges and universities across the country actively responded to the Ministry of Education's request of "suspending classes without stopping teaching and learning" to conduct online teaching. This article introduces the implementation process of the online teaching for histology. Students are motivated to learn by selecting online teaching platforms and enriching teaching content combined with epidemic hot spots; Students' patriotism and sense of awe are stimulated by integrating the epidemic combining ideological and political education into online teaching. The classroom atmosphere is enlivened by strengthening teaching interaction， focusing on communication between teachers and students. The above measures have achieved good teaching results. We hope to provide ideas and examples for future online and offline mixed teaching model.

2020年春季COVID-19在我国蔓延，教育部结合疫情现状，发布《关于在疫情防控期间做好普通高等学校在线教学组织与管理工作的指导意见》，《意见》要求各高校积极开展线上授课和线上学习的在线教学活动，实现“停课不停教、停课不停学”[1]。为响应教育部的号召，各高校积极开展线上教学，高校教师打破传统课堂教学模式，将课堂搬上云端。线上教学是一种利用电脑、宽带网络、手机等硬件为载体，依托专业的网络教学平台，实现异地、实时、同时、互动教学和学习的新的教学模式[2]。线上教学的大规模开展，使得学生每天从早到晚，守在电脑或手机前面学习不同的课程，长时间使用电脑或手机，学生容易出现困乏等情况。同时，宅在家里通过看电脑或手机来学习，没有教室的学习氛围，没有教学场地的约束，缺乏“临场感”和“真实感”，导致注意力难以集中;而教师从与学生面对面的课堂教学突然转变成只能面对电脑，看不到学生的线上教学，无法实时掌握学生的听课状态，使得教师的授课难度增加。……
