热敏灸治疗仪的研制

【摘要】目的：研制热敏灸治疗仪代替人工热敏灸。方法：通过查阅大量文献，初步确定辐射体材料的可选范围，再通过对实验辐射体的温度变化与光谱的对应关系分析，与热敏灸艾条以及同类产品的光谱进行对比，不断优化，确定各种技术参数，研制出仿艾热敏灸治疗仪，并进行临床验证，选取2019年 5月至2020年 12月来江西中医药大学附属医院就诊的120例周围性面神经炎患者，随机分为三组，观察组使用热敏灸治疗仪，对照 A 组使用人工热敏灸，对照 B 组使用艾灸仪，一天一次，10天一疗程，治疗后，通过比较三组患者疗效评估各治疗方法的有效性。结果：观察组和对照 A 组在临床愈显率和周期性面神经炎治疗成绩（Portman）评分方面均无显著差异（P >0.05），但观察组临床愈显率和 Portman 评分均显著高于对照 B 组（P <0.05）。结论：该热敏灸治疗仪替代人工热敏灸具有可行性。

Development of thermosensitive moxibustion therapeutic instrument

【Abstract】Objective：To develop a heat-sensitive moxibustion therapeutic instrument instead of artificial heat-sensitive mox- ibustion. Methods：by consulting a large number of literature，a preliminary optional scope of radiation material，and through the experiment of the radiator temperature change and the corresponding relationship of the spectrum analysis，and thermal moxibus- tion，comparing the spectrum of moxa roll and similar products constantly optimized，various technical parameters，developed the moxa thermal moxibustion therapeutic apparatus，and clinical validation：120 patients with peripheral facial neuritis admitted to Af-filiated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into three groups，observer group using thermal moxibustion therapeutic instrument，control group A with artificial thermal moxibustion and control group B use moxibustion apparatus，once A day，10 days treatment，after treatment，by comparing the three groups of patients with curative e?ect evaluation of the effectiveness of various treatments. Results：There were no significant differences in clinical clearance rate and Portman score between observer group and control GROUP A（P>0.05），but the clinical clearance rate and Portman score of observer group were significantly higher than those of control group B（P<0.05）. Conclusion：The heat-sensitive moxibustion therapeutic instrument is feasible to replace artificial heat-sensitive moxibustion.

热敏灸是江西中医药大学原始创新、采用特定艾灸方法高效激发经络感传，气至病所，从而开通经络治疗疾病的一项灸疗新技术[1-2]。但在热敏灸操作过程中，艾条燃烧会产生大量烟雾，同时艾灸治疗时治疗师与患者一对一操作耗费大量人力。因此，研制一款电子热敏灸仿艾治疗仪，替代传统艾条进行热敏灸治疗非常有必要。
