中药冰硼散外治法加穴位注射对原发性肝癌患者癌痛的治疗价值研究

【摘要】目的：研究中药冰硼散外治法加穴位注射对原发性肝癌患者癌痛的治疗价值。方法：选择广州市增城区中医医院于2019年 10月至2020年 10月收治的68例原发性肝癌癌痛患者作为研究对象，随机将患者分为对照组和观察组，均为34例。对照组行常规癌痛三阶梯治疗，观察组在此基础上采取中药冰硼散外治法加穴位注射的方式治疗。对比两组患者的临床效果及相关指标。结果：观察组的治疗效果显著优于对照组，血清炎性因子改善情况更显著，其疼痛程度明显较对照组更轻，其不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，其情绪情况比对照组更乐观（均 P <0.05）。结论：冰硼散外治法加穴位注射对原发性肝癌癌痛的治疗效果确切，可以显著减轻患者痛苦，改善患者情绪，值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective：To study the value of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine Bingboran powder plus acupoint injection in the treatment of cancer pain in patients with primary liver cancer.Methods：A total of 68 patients with cancer pain of pri- mary liver cancer admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects，and the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with conventional three-step treatment of cancer pain，and the observation group was treated with external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine Bingboran powder plus acupoint injection on this basis.The clinical e?ect and related indexes of the two groups were compared.Results：The treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than the control group，the improvement of serum inflammatory factors was more significant，the degree of pain was significantly lighter than the control group，the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than the control group，and the mood was more optimistic than the control group （P<0.05）.Conclusion：Bingboron powder combined with acupoint injection has a definite effect on the treatment of cancer pain ofprimary liver cancer，which can significantly reduce the pain of patients and improve their situation，and is worthy of clinical application.

原发性肝癌因为发病早期的临床症状并不明显，极易错失黄金治疗时机，故有极高的致死率[1]。具有关数据表明，男性的发病率高于女性，且中年人的发病率高于年轻人[2]。导致肝癌的因素复杂，目前学术界大多认为致病因素和肝炎病毒、长期服用含黄曲霉毒素的食品、肝硬化、家族遗传、恶劣的生活习惯等有重大关联[3]。患者在患癌之后会饱受癌痛的折磨，目前临床上主要采用三阶梯镇痛法对患者进行治疗，然而随着近年来中西医结合治疗的广泛推行，中西结合的治疗效果受到了各界关注[4]。……
