创新创业教育与专业教育结合之观察、分析及应对策略

摘要教育部明确要求高校创新创业教育必须结合专业教育来开展。本文基于对广东省应用型普通高校法学院系法学专业创新创业教育的情况调查，以法学专业本科教育为例，对创新创业教育与专业教育的结合度情况进行了分析与总结，在此基础上指出了结合度低的具体表现，揭示了其背后的原因，最后针对低结合度提出了扬长避短区别对待创新教育与创业教育，全面检视和修订人才培养方案及专业课程教学大纲，贯通“学、产、研”三个环节，搭建有效的创新创业教育平台，构建支持深度结合的保障体系等应对策略。

AbstractThe Ministry of education clearly requires that innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universitiesmustbecarriedoutincombinationwithprofessionaleducation.Basedon theinvestigationoftheinnovationand entrepreneurshipeducationoflawmajorsinthelawdepartmentsofappliedcollegesanduniversitiesinGuangdongProvince， takingtheundergraduateeducationoflawmajorsasanexample，thispaperanalyzesandsummarizesthecombinationdegree of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education， points out the specific manifestations of the low combinationdegree，andrevealsthereasonsbehindit，finally，inviewofthelowcombinationdegree，thispaperputsforward some countermeasures，such as developing strengths and avoiding weaknesses，treating innovation education and entrepreneurship education differently， comprehensively reviewing and revising talent training programs and professional curriculum syllabus， connecting the three links of "learning， production and research"， building an effective innovation and entrepreneurship education platform， and building a security system supporting in-depth combination.

高校创新创业教育必须结合专业教育开展，否则它就会与专业教育形成两张互补融合的皮，甚至会对正常的专业教育造成干扰和冲突。不能结合专业教育开展的创新创业教育往往无法持续和深入开展，往往流于表面形式，效果也差强人意。因此，国务院办公厅早在2015年就发文，要求将创新创业教育与专业教育实现有机结合。①同年，广东省教育厅也下发了深化高等学校创新创业教育改革的若干意见，结合专业开展创新创业教育作为其指导思想之一。②可以说，创新创业教育与专业教育的结合度，在一定程度上反映了创新创业教育开展的基本情况。为此笔者对广东省高校法学院系进行了调查，并以此为例，对高校创新创业教育与专业教育的结合度进行观察和分析，并试图为提升结合度找到一个切实可行之路径。……
