自媒体时代高校思想政治教育工作存在的问题及对策

摘要随着自媒体的出现和发展，不仅改变了传统的媒介传播模式，也对人们的生活的方方面面造成了极大的影响和冲击。对于高校思想政治教育工作而言，需要对自媒体时代背景下的课程教学模式进行不断创新和改革，使其能够更好地顺应时代潮流的发展趋势，教学质量进一步提高。对于教师而言，需要积极转变自己思维，对自媒体发展特点及先进知识体系加强学习和吸收，利用更具前沿性、专业性的教学手段，使自媒体等新媒体优势得以充分发挥，使学生学习积极性不断提高，思想政治教育工作成效显著提升。本文就自媒体时代背景下，高校思想政治教育工作中存在的问题，以及所面临的挑战和机遇进行分析，并对提高教育工作水平和质量的有效策略进行探讨。

Problems and Countermeasures of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities in the Era of We-media

AbstractWiththeemergenceanddevelopmentofWe-media，ithasnotonlychangedthetraditionalmediacommunication mode， but also had a great impact on all aspects of people’s life. For the ideological and political education in colleges and universities， it is necessary to constantly innovate and reform the curriculum teaching mode under the background of We Media Era， so that it can better comply with the development trend of the times， the teaching quality was further improved. For teachers，they need to actively change their thinking，strengthen learning and absorption of the development characteristics and advanced knowledge system of We-media， make use of more cutting-edge and professional teaching means，givefull playtotheadvantagesofnewmedia suchas wemedia，continuously improvestudents’learningenthusiasm and significantly improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education. This paper analyzes the problems， challenges and opportunities in the ideological and political education in colleges and universities under the background of the We-media era， and discusses the effective strategies to improve the level and quality of education.

1新形勢下高校思想政治教育工作面临的挑战及存在问题分析

1.1教育工作者权威性削弱

随着自媒体的出现，网络空间中存在的不少负面信息对学生的理想信念以及使命感、责任感造成不利影响，其中包括了大量媚俗化、拜金思潮，甚至导致部分学生利用自媒体网络直播等形式对不良低俗信息进行传播，以实现不劳而获或一夜成名等目的，不仅对网络空间正常运行秩序造成严重影响，还使大学生的形象受到侵害。

在自媒体发展背景下，人们从以往的信息接收者转变为信息制造者、发布者、传播者，在网络空间中能够相对自由地进行表达，这也使思想政治教育工作者的话语权威受到一定程度的影响。……
