城市化进程中农业多功能维护与土地发展的协同研究

摘要 利用文献研究方法，对国内外土地发展、农业多功能、土地多功能的研究现状进行回溯和总结，结果表明：研究主要集中在区域经济发展上，但对大城市郊区这一城乡交错区的微观区域的研究还要完善;对耕地多功能性指数的测算和评价比较完善，但着眼于农地多功能性的测算，并与农业经济产值进行关联的还可以进一步丰满;对农业多功能性的研究中，对其概念起源与内涵、支撑理论等基础研究已较为完善，对于农业多功能性评价指标构建、定量化方法等方面的研究还有待完善，在不同情景下的动态模拟分析相对少见。

Research on the Coordination of Agricultural Multifunctional Maintenance and Land Development in the Process of Urbanization

Abstract Using literature research methods  to backtrack and summarize the research status of land development，agricultural multi-function and land multi-function in our country and abroad.The results show that：the current research mainly focused on regional economic development，the research on micro-scale regions including suburban areas should be enhanced;while the research on the measurement and evaluation of farmland multi-functionality index were relatively strong，the assessment of multi-functionality of farmland and its relations with gross output value of agriculture were limited and needed further improvement;in terms of the agricultural multi-functionality，there existed massive research on its origin，conception and theories，but the study of its evaluation index system，the quantitative method and dynamic simulation analysis were insufficient.The research on these insufficient areas need further improvement.

诺贝尔经济学奖得主斯蒂格利茨说： “中国的城市化与美国的高科技发展将是影响21世纪人类社会发展进程的两件大事”。城市化进程的加速，带来了较大幅度的经济增长、人口流动及技术进步，对人类社会的进步贡献巨大，但部分地区无序的、过度的城市化也造成了城市过度蔓延、房价高涨、交通拥堵，尤其是农业多功能衰退等问题。如何解决城市化进程带来的进步与矛盾，如何在城市化进程中维护农业多动能，对保障经济发展与农业多功能维护有至关重要的现实意义。……
