基于文献计量的医院图书馆研究现状分析

摘 要：目的：深入了解国内对医院图书馆的研究情况，进行文献计量学分析。方法：选用CNKI数据库对20年间关于医院图书馆的研究文献，从发文量的年度趋势、主要机构发文量趋势、发表期刊分布和主要主题分布四个方面进行可视化分析。结果：医院图书馆的研究文献以信息化、网络化为主，紧扣数字化和医疗改革的时代主题，但是存在发文量少，发文机构单一和发文期刊影响力不足的现状;医院图书馆研究领域出现次数最多的主题词为医院图书馆、图书馆、信息服务、医院和服务，总关联强度最强的医院图书馆、图书馆、信息服务、医院和网络环境。结论：我国医院图书馆的研究有待进一步提高，要加大医院图书馆的研究力度，不断推进医院图书馆的建设和发展。

Abstract：Purpose：To deeply understand the domestic research situation of hospital libraries and conduct bibliometric analysis.Methods：The CNKI database was selected to visually analyze the research literature on hospital libraries in the past 20 years，from four aspects：the annual trend of publication volume，the trend of publication volume of major institutions，the distribution of published journals and the distribution of main topics.Results：The research literature of the hospital library is based on informatization and networking，closely following the era theme of digitization and medical reform.However，there is a small number of publications，a single publication organization and insufficient influence of publications.The research field of hospital libraries has appeared.The most frequently used subject terms are hospital library，library，information service，hospital and service，and the hospital library，library，information service，hospital and network environment with the strongest total correlation strength.Conclusion The research of hospital libraries in my country needs to be further improved.It is necessary to increase the research efforts of hospital libraries and continuously promote the construction and development of hospital libraries.

醫院图书馆是医学专业图书馆，主要提供医学和生物学文献资源。医院图书馆是众多专业图书馆中的一个小门类，其前沿性、学术性、影响力、科研能力、学科发展、服务能力等方面都无法与公共图书馆、高校图书馆比肩，但也是图书馆事业的重要组成部分[1]。医院图书馆学是一门专业的图书情报学科，有其自身的发展规律、研究领域与专业特色，这充分体现在医院图书馆学研究成果上[2]。本文运用文献计量学方法，采用清华同方《中国学术期刊网络出版总库》（以下简称CNKI）为数据源，了解医院图书馆的文献分布规律和研究进展，为进一步开展相关研究提供参考。……
