溴氰菊酯对南美白对虾的急性毒性及安全性评价

摘要 [目的]采用静水法生物测试研究溴氰菊酯对南美白对虾的急性毒性及安全浓度，评价水环境中溴氰菊酯对水生生物的影响。[方法]选取平均体重（15.6±2.2）g、平均体长（13.00±0.62）cm的南美白对虾，在pH（8.5±0.2）、水温（19.2±1.0）℃、溶解氧浓度大于5.0 mg/L的养殖水体中进行溴氰菊酯的急性毒性测定。[结果]溴氰菊酯对南美白对虾的24、48、72和96 h LC50分别为0.61、0.38、0.22和0.15 μg/L，安全浓度为0.04 μg/L。[结论]该研究结果为渔业部门制订水质标准提供了理论参考数据。

Acute Toxicity and Safety Assessment of Deltamethrin to Penaeus vannamei

Abstract [Objective] The acute toxicity and safe concentration of deltamethrin to P.vannamei were studied by using hydrostatic biological test. The effects of deltamethrin on aquatic organisms in the water environment were evaluated. [Method]P.vannamei with the average body weight of（15.6±2.2）g， the average body length of（13.00±0.62）cm， were selected to determine the acute toxicity of deltamethrin in the aquaculture waters with pH （8.5±0.2）， water temperature （19.2±1.0） ℃， and dissolved oxygen concentration of more than 5.0 mg/L. [Result]24，48，72 and 96 h medial lethal concentrations（LC50）of deltamethrin to P.vannamei were 0.61， 0.38， 0.22 and 0.15 μg/L respectively， and the safe concentration was 0.04 μg/L. [Conclusion] The research results provided theoretical reference data for formulating water quality standards by fishery sectors.

南美白对虾（Penaeus vannamei Boone）又名凡纳滨对虾，俗称白对虾，为广温广盐性热带海水虾类。因其养殖简单、产量高、生长快、适应性强、肉质鲜美等优点，南美白对虾是高产养殖的优良品种，是当今世界养殖规模最大的虾类。

溴氰菊酯（deltamethrin，DM）又名敌杀死、扑虫净，是继有机磷、有机氯农药以来的第三代农药，是一种Ⅱ型仿生合成杀虫剂，高效、低毒、光稳定性好，被广泛应用于农作物等靶生物防虫除害和水产养殖生物寄生虫防治方面，但对非靶生物（如水生生物）有着极大的危害，若使用不当就会造成水生动物急性中毒死亡。目前，养殖户为避免拉网破坏生态平衡、养殖池水质恶化等，一般使用菊酯类药物刺激南美白对虾钻入地笼，正是利用甲壳动物对其毒性的敏感作用，分批捕捞南美白对虾。……
