喜德县林业有害生物普查分析及防控对策

摘要 依托喜德县林业有害生物普查（全国第三次林业有害生物普查）工作，在基于运用林业有害生物普查数据终端、信息数据平台等技术手段，通过内业信息维护和任务规划，外业数据调查，及时更新数据，实现林业有害生物普查内、外业一体化和普查工作电子化，构建了基于GIS的林业有害生物数据库，形成了普查成果。分析了喜德县林业有害生物的分布、危害情况及发生趋势，并提出了防控对策。

Analysis of the Forest Pest Investigation and Control Measures in Xide County

Abstract Depending on the forest pest investigation in Xide County， application PDA and the forest pest survey information management system on PC， the system updated database in time to realize the integration of indoor and field work of forest pest survey and eletronization of the survey， the forest pest database was established based on the GIS. The distribution， hazards， and trends of forestry pests in Xide County were analyzed， and the corresponding countermeasures on how to promote forestry pests control in Xide County were put forward.

林业有害生物普查是开展防治、检疫和预测预报及科学研究的一项基础性工作[1]。开展普查活动主要是为了全面查清区域范围内林业有害生物的基本情况，及时更新林业有害生物数据库，为科学制订防治规划、有效开展预防和治理提供全面、准确、客觀的信息[2]。林业有害生物的种类、分布、发生以及迁移扩散都与地理空间信息关系密切[3]，林业有害生物防控中运用GIS技术能够有效提高有害生物精准化防治水平，对实现林业有害生物的可控性，保证森林资源有序健康发展，维护生态安全都具有重要的现实意义[4-6]。……
