公共突发事件中的谣言嬗变与治理对策

摘  要：近年来，在面对公共突发事件的时候，常常会有谣言产生，从而造成巨大不良影响，尤其是在网络信息技术高速发展的时代背景下，谣言的产生、扩散与危害更是巨大。为此，针对谣言的治理成为了新闻媒体和民众高度关注的点。该文就公共突发事件中谣言的生成机理、传播途径进行了详细分析，同时就新闻媒体与民众两个方面针对性地提出了相关治理对策，旨在为相关人士提供参考，从而在有效治理谣言的基础上促使社会更加健康稳定地发展。

Evolution of Rumors in Public Emergencies and Countermeasures

Abstract： In recent years， in the face of public emergencies， there will often be rumors， resulting in a huge adverse effect， especially in the era of high-speed development of network information technology， the generation， diffusion and harm of rumors are huge. . To this end， the governance of rumors has become a point of attention from the news media and the people. The article analyzes in detail in the form of rumors and communication pathways in public emergencies， and proposes relevant governance countermeasures on both news media and people， and is designed to provide reference to relevant people， thus in effective governance rumors. Based on the development of society more healthy and stable.

謠言的产生对于个人、对于社会乃至对于国家都可能造成不小的影响，因此，科学有效地对谣言进行治理是非常必要的。在实际治理过程中需要新闻媒体和民众共同努力，针对谣言的生成机理和传播途径来进行治理，包括及时发布准确信息、完善网络法律法规以及提升民众认知力等。如此，在有效治理谣言的基础上促使社会、国家更加稳定、和谐地发展。
