消毒供应中心集中管理模式对软式内镜消毒及灭菌质量的影响

摘要： 目的  观察消毒供应中心集中管理模式对软式内镜消毒及灭菌质量的影响。方法  将2019年所有处理的4971条内镜设为对照组，将2020年所有处理的5034条内镜设为观察组;其中观察组298条内镜需要灭菌处理，对照组281条内镜需要灭菌处理。对照组（n=4971）给予常规内镜消毒，观察组（n=5034）给予消毒供应中心集中管理消毒，对比两组消毒合格率及灭菌合格率。结果  观察组软式内镜消毒合格4917例，消毒合格率97.68%;对照组软式内镜消毒合格4785例，消毒合格率96.26%;观察组消毒合格率明显高于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（X2=17.113， P=0.000）。观察组软式内镜灭菌合格67例，灭菌合格率22.48%;对照组软式内镜灭菌合格42例，灭菌合格率14.95%;观察组灭菌合格率明显高于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（X2=5.376， P=0.020）。结论  消毒供应中心集中管理模式可有效提高软式内镜消毒灭菌质量，降低感染风险，保证工作质量，值得推广。

Effect of centralized management mode of disinfection supply center on disinfection and sterilization quality of soft endoscope

[Abstract] Objective： This study aims to observe the effect of centralized management mode of disinfection and supply center on disinfection and sterilization quality of soft endoscope. Methods： 4971 endoscopes in 2019 were set as the control group， and 5034 endoscopes in 2020 were set as the observation group; among them， 298 endoscopes in the observation group needed sterilization， and 281 endoscopes in the control group needed sterilization. The control group （n = 4971） was given routine endoscopic disinfection， and the observation group （n = 5034） was given centralized management of disinfection and supply center. Results： In the observation group， 4917 cases were qualified， the qualified rate of disinfection was 97.68%. In the control group， 4785 cases were qualified， the qualified rate of disinfection was 96.26%. And， the qualified rate of disinfection in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group， the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （X2=17.113， P=0.000）. In the observation group， 67 cases （22.48%） were qualified for sterilization of soft endoscopes， while 42 cases （14.95%） were qualified for sterilization of soft endoscopes in the control group. The qualified rate of sterilization in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group， the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （X2=5.376， P=0.020）. Conclusion： The centralized management mode of disinfection and supply center can effectively improve the disinfection and sterilization quality of soft endoscope， reduce the risk of infection and ensure the quality of work， which is worthy of promotion.

软式内镜属于临床常用侵入性精密器械，材质特殊，结构复杂，清洗消毒难度较大[1]。软式内镜若消毒不够彻底，在影响患者临床疗效的同时，可能造成院内感染发生。数据显示，胃镜室发生医源性感染的原因，有1/3是因为操作护理不当，管理质量差所造成[2]。因此，软式内镜的消毒灭菌工作，已成为临床消毒领域的关注热点。本文旨在探讨消毒供应中心集中管理模式对软式内镜消毒及灭菌质量的影响，为临床干预提供科学理论依据，现报告如下。……
