感觉统合训练在自闭症儿童中的应用分析

摘要：目的： 探讨分析给予自闭症患儿应用感觉统合训练的疗效。方法：选取60 例自闭症患儿按照随机数字表法分两组，对比两组实施效果。结果：干预后，观察组感觉统合评定量表评分明显高于对照组，卡氏儿童孤独症测评（CARS） 量表总分低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：感觉统合训练能改善自闭症患儿感觉统合失调状态和自闭的临床症状，效果显著。

Analysis of the effect of sensory integration training in autistic children

[Abstract] Objective： To explore and analyze the effect of sensory integration training on children with autism.Methods： 60 children with autism were randomly divided into two groups， and the implementation effects of the two groups were compared. Results： after the intervention， the score of sensory integration scale in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group， and the total score of car was lower than that in the control group （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： sensory integration training can improve the sensory integration disorder and clinical symptoms of autism in children with autism.

自闭症又被称为孤独症，是精神发育障碍性疾病，多发生于婴幼儿群体，且男童多于女童，很多自闭症患儿还伴有精神发育迟缓现象[1]。迄今自闭症障碍病因不明，亦无特效药物治疗，多数患儿成年后将不具有独立生活、学习和工作的能力，成为家庭和社会的经济和精神负担。因此，选择科学、有效的的治疗方法，对改善自闭患儿的生存质量、改善患儿的语言交流功能和社交障碍有积极的意义。感觉统合训练为当前临床广泛应用一种方法，其具有独特优势，可提高患儿体质，改善大脑功能，促机体协调能力发展，而且还可提高患儿智力水平，本文观察分析感觉统合训练在我科60例自闭症患儿康复中的应用效果，结果如下：

1 资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取我科2018年3月-2021年3月住院收治的 60 例自闭症患儿，依据数字表法随机将其均分为两组，即对照组（n=30）和观察组（n=30）。两组患儿临床资料基本情况，如下表 1 所示，组间无差异P>0.05，具有可比性。……
