新时代美丽中国与水利工程地质课程教与学

摘要：水利工程地质是水利水电工程专业基础课，它涉及到地球的基本知识、地球结构、造山运动、工程地质、水文地质、水循环、地质灾害以及灾害防治理论与措施。在新时代美丽中国建设要求下，水利工程地质这门课的教学过程中我们不仅要懂得这门课的基本知识，而且就深刻领会新时代下这些专业知识鲜明的具体用武之处，还要清楚在新时代要求下所肩负的历史责任。

Teaching and Learning in the Course of Hydraulic Engineering Geology in the New Era of Beautiful China

Abstract： Hydraulic Engineering Geology is a foundation course of water conservancy and hydropower engineering. It involves basic characters of the earth， earth structure， orogenic movement， engineering geology， hydrogeology， water cycle， geological disasters， and disaster prevention theories and measures. Under the requirements of the construction of beautiful China in the new era， in the teaching process of water conservancy engineering geology， we should not only understand the basic knowledge of this course， but also deeply understand the distinctive specific use of these professional knowledge in the new era， but also understand the historical responsibility under the requirements of the new era.

十九大報告中指出：“要建设美丽中国，开展国土绿化行动，推进荒漠化、石漠化、水土流失综合治理，强化湿地保护和恢复，加强地质灾害防治”。这些意味深长，铿锵有力的字句，体现了中国共产党领导下的全国人民对美丽中国建设的愿望，新时代美丽中国建设将功在当代、利在千秋。

水利工程地质这门课讲授的内容主要包括地球的基本知识、地球的基本结构、造山运动、地质构造、工程地质、水文地质、水循环、地质灾害以及灾害防治措施等，这门课的每一章节内容与美丽中国的建设息息相关。由此可见《水利工程地质》这门课不仅是一门专业基础课，而且肩负着美丽中国建设的新时代要求。因此，在《水利工程地质》这门课的教学过程中不仅要教好这门课的基本知识，更要深刻领会新时代下教与学这些专业知识的用武之处，以及在新时代要求下我们所肩负的历史责任。
