1+X证书制度下高职会计专业课证融通研究

摘要：1+X证书制度的实施，对高职会计专业的人才培养、课程体系提出了新要求，将职业技能等级证书与课程进行融通，有利于培养符合区域经济需求的高素质技术技能人才，提高培养人才质量，将行业、企业职业岗位标准融入专业教学标准有利于提高学生就业竞争力。本文基于高职会计专业，分析1+X证书制度下课证融通遇到的问题，研究1+X证书制度下高职会计专业课证融通的路径。

Research on the Integration of Professional Course Certificate of Higher Vocational Accounting under 1+X Certificate System

Abstract： The implementation of 1 + X certificate system puts forward new requirements for talent training and curriculum system of accounting major in higher vocational colleges. Integrating the vocational skill level certificate with the curriculum is conducive to cultivating high-quality technical talents who meet the needs of regional economy， improving the quality of training talents， and integrating the professional post standards of industries and enterprises into the professional teaching standards is conducive to improving the employment competitiveness of students. Based on the accounting major in higher vocational colleges， this paper analyzes the problems encountered in the course certificate integration under the 1 + X certificate system， and studies the path of the course certificate integration of accounting major in higher vocational colleges under the 1 + X certificate system.

自2019年開始，我国重点围绕服务国家需要、市场需求、学生就业能力提升，从10个左右职业技能领域做起，稳步推进1+X证书制度试点工作。1+X证书制度的实施加速了职业教育的发展，1+X证书制度要求高职学生既要取得学历证书，还要获得若干职业技能等级证书，不同行业所要求的职业技能等级标准是不同的，为实现高职会计专业1+X证书制度的目标，需要对高职会计专业X证书进行研究，分析各证书模块及培训内容，总结会计职业技能等级标准，将会计职业技能等级标准融入高职会计专业教学标准，专业课程对接岗位技能，实现真正“课证融通”。

1 高职会计专业课证融通的意义

高职会计专业是职业教育中最热门的专业之一，专业性较强，具有较强的实操性，所以很多高职院校在会计专业人才培养过程中，非常重视学生对于实操的掌握程度，以及学生在校期间考取职业资格等级证书的情况。通过1+X证书制度的实施，要求高职会计专业学生毕业时不仅需取得毕业证书还要取得职业技能等级证书，丰富了学生的知识体系，为高职院校会计专业的人才培养、课程体系提供了帮助。……
