企业内部控制在公司治理中的应用路径

【摘  要】企业依托于市场经济进行发展，就需要时刻把握市场的导向，进行战略的选择，这就需要企业进行内部控制，以保证企业制度的完善和流程的正确性。但是在企业内部控制的过程中，需要解决各个方面的问题，才能保证对企业的控制，这就需要相关人员结合企业发展的实际情况，根据相关流程，制定出正确的應用路径，这样才能在公司治理过程中推动内部控制发挥作用，促进企业的发展。论文从企业的内部控制入手，浅谈内部控制的重要性、存在问题以及应用路径。

【Abstract】Enterprises rely on the market economy to develop， it is necessary to grasp the market orientation for strategic choice. This requires enterprises to carry out internal control， so as to ensure the improvement of enterprise system and the correctness of the process. But in the process of enterprise internal control， it is necessary to solve the problem of various aspects， so as to guarantee the control of the enterprise. This requires relevant personnel to combine the actual situation of enterprise development， according to the relevant process， formulate the correct application path， so as to promote internal control to play a role in the process of corporate governance， promote the development of enterprises. This paper starts with the internal control of enterprises， discusses the importance， existing problems and application paths of internal control.

1 引言

企业作为以盈利为目的，运用各种生产要素（土地、劳动力、资本、技术和企业家才能等），向市场提供商品或服务，实行自主经营、自负盈亏、独立核算的法人或其他社会经济组织，在社会的发展过程中具有重要的作用，不仅促进了社会经济的发展，还能在很大程度上提升人民的生活水平。但是作为依托市场经济发展而来的企业，其发展规划和目标都要以市场为基础，市场经济的多变性就要求企业要随时改变发展策略和方向，这就需要企业的内部控制发挥作用。企业的内部控制就是对企业工作进行预测、控制与监督的整个流程，企业能够通过内部控制完善企业的管理，促进经济效益的提升，但是在部分企业的发展过程中，还存在着一些隐患制约着内部控制的推进，严重影响了企业的发展，就需要相关人员对问题进行解决，促进内控管理的推进。……
