开创“十四五”期间广州实体零售业发展的新局面

【摘  要】广州零售商业具有一定的传统优势，对广州国际商贸中心建设发挥着重要支撑作用。面对高质量发展新要求和零售业竞争新态势，广州实体零售业面临转型升级的迫切需求。“十四五”时期，广州要紧密结合国家构建新发展格局和建设国际消费中心城市的战略定位，紧抓重大发展机遇，确立科学发展理念，明確创新发展方向，通过政府、行业和企业的共同努力，开创广州实体零售业发展新局面。论文结合广州实体零售业的发展特点、面临的挑战和机遇，为广州实体零售业开创发展新局面提出了建议。

【Abstract】The retail commerce in Guangzhou has certain traditional advantages and plays an important supporting role in the construction of international trade center in Guangzhou. Facing the new requirements of high quality development and the new situation of competition in retail industry， Guangzhou's physical retail industry is facing the urgent need of transformation and upgrading. During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period， Guangzhou should closely combine the national strategic positioning of constructing a new development pattern and constructing international consumption center city， gras p major development opportunities， establish a scientific development concept， clarify the direction of innovation and development， and create a new situation in the development of physical retail industry in Guangzhou through the joint efforts of the government， industry and enterprises. Combined with the development characteristics， challenges and opportunities of physical retail industry in Guangzhou， this paper puts forward suggestions for creating a new situation in the development of physical retail industry in Guangzhou.

1 引言

形成强大国内市场，构建新发展格局，培育国际消费中心城市，是“十四五”期间的重要发展任务[1]。广州作为千年商都，具有培育打造国际消费中心城市的现实基础和深厚潜力。其中，实体零售业对于营造城市消费活力具有难以替代的显示度和影响力。深入分析广州实体零售业发展现状及面临的挑战与机遇，提出“十四五”时期开创新局面的基本思路和对策建议，对于新发展格局下广州实体零售业通过提升核心竞争力而实现线上线下协同推进广州国际消费中心城市建设，具有重要现实意义。

2 当前广州实体零售业态发展的特点与面临的挑战

“十三五”期间，广州社会消费品零售额从2015年的7932.96亿元增至2020年的9218.66亿元，5年总体增长16.2%。……
