浅析企业集团财务管理现存问题和运行策略

【摘  要】随着市场的发展变化，有效的财务管理可以使企业集团在发展中明确面临的风险因素，为自身的发展打下良好基础。当前，社会经济的不断发展，对企业集团的财务管理提出了更高的要求。企业集团需要结合时代发展的特点对财务管理进行不断完善，为企业集团的可持续发展创造良好条件。基于此，论文深入分析了企业集团财务管理的作用和原则，同时以企业集团财务管理存在的问题为切入点，简要分析了企业集团财务管理的运行策略，为企业集团实施财务管理提供借鉴。

【Abstract】With the development and change of the market， effective financial management can make the enterprise group clear the risk factors faced in the development and lay a good foundation for its own development. At present， the continuous development of society and economy puts forward higher requirements for the financial management in enterprise group. Enterprise group needs to continuously improve its financial management in combination with the characteristics of the development of the times， so as to create good conditions for the sustainable development of enterprise group. Based on this， the paper deeply analyzes the functions and principles of financial management in enterprise group. At the same time， taking the existing problems of financial management in enterprise group as the starting point， this paper briefly analyzes the operation strategies of financial management in enterprise group， so as to provide a reference for the implementation of financial management in enterprise group.

1 引言

对于我国的企业集团来说，传统的财务管理模式与运营方法早已无法满足越来越市场化的经营环境。怎样建立有利于企业集团发展的财务模式，建立比较全面、高效的财务制度，是企业管理机构和财务人员无法避免的课题。

2 企业集团财务管理的作用

财务管理的特点是动态平衡化，为了生存和发展，资金流动必须平衡，即在一定时期内，资金的流入等于资金的流出。但在生产经营过程中资金流动不平衡是正常的，因此，资金管理以资金流动平衡为目标，在动态过程中建立资金供给与内部资金需求的平衡关系。

财务管理是企业集团经营活动管理的核心部分。一个企业集团通常由若干子公司构成。与一般个体企业不同，企业集团涵盖了多种业务，但产权层级较多，且管理工作繁杂琐碎，高效的财务管理能科学解决企业集团内部和子公司之间的矛盾问题。……
