地方高校给排水科学与工程专业拔尖创新人才培养的探索与实践

摘要构建多元化的给排水科学与工程拔尖创新人才的培养模式，提升拔尖创新人才培养质量，为我国建设创新型国家提供保证，是提升国家创新力和实现经济科技发展的源动力。在给排水科学与工程学科本科生拔尖创新人才培养方面，桂林理工大学从人才遴选、教师水平、人才培养、人才考核等环节为突破口，从“入口”的人才选拔环节和“出口”人才评价环节入手，构建多元化的选拔方式；通过实施导师责任制，开拓人才培养路径，融于“体验式”科研育人体系的理念，深入推进人才培养模式改革，着力培养创新人才，提高人才质量。

AbstractConstructing a diversified training model for top-notch innovative talents in water supply and drainage science and engineering， improving the quality of training top-notch innovative talents， and providing a guarantee for my country’s construction of an innovative country is the source of power for enhancing national innovation and realizing economic and technologicaldevelopment.Intermsofthecultivationoftop-notchinnovativetalentsforundergraduatesinwatersupplyand drainage science and engineering， Guilin University of Technology takes the talent selection， teacher level， talent training， andtalentassessmentasbreakthroughs，andstartsfromthe"entry"talentselectionlinkandthe"export"talentevaluationlink. Start with the establishment of a diversified selection method； through the implementation of the mentor responsibility system， open up talent training paths， integrate the concept of "experience-based" scientific research and education system， deepen the reform of talent training mode， focus on cultivating innovative talents， and improve the qualityof talents.

拔尖创新人才培养已逐渐成为高等教育教学改革的主流趋势。科技创新是提高社会生产力和综合国力的必不可少的一部分。提升高校人才的质量的重要途径之一是培养拔尖创新人才，形成符合地方高校“新工科”特色的人才培养创新机制，对服务国家发展战略、促进高等教育优质发展具有重要意义。

1国内高校给排水科学与工程拔尖创新人才培养现状

本科教学导师制的培养、政府质量工程、“985、21l”工程等是当前拔尖创新人才培养的主要途径。中国高校在教育部政策的指导下采取多種举措，例如中科大开设少年班、北京大学开设元培计划和数学英才班等。在一流高等学府中，拔尖创新人才培养的目标定位明确，培养注重科研能力与理论知识培养的学术型人才。……
