机电一体化技术专业人才培养模式的研究

摘要： 智能制造产业是我国高端制造业的发展方向，未来我国对智能制造产业人才需求量会越来越多，因此相关高职院校都应该对与智能制造产业相关专业的人才培养进行相应的调整，为国家未来的智能制造产业提供充足的人才保障。本文将针对机电一体化技术专业的人才培养模式进行相应的探讨与研究。

Abstract： The intelligent manufacturing industry is the development direction of advanced manufacturing in China， the future talent demand of intelligent manufacturing industry in China will be more and more， so relevant in higher vocational colleges should be on intelligent manufacturing industry related professional training to adjust accordingly， as the country's future intelligent manufacturing industry to provide adequate personnel protection.In this paper， the personnel training mode of mechatronics technology specialty will be discussed and studied accordingly.

0  引言

在中国2025制造的大背景下，中国的制造业高速发展，尤其以智能制造为主导的产业发展更为迅速，智能制造产业是以机械设计与电气控制和互联网产业为一体的综合性产业，它是对传统制造业的一次颠覆，由于智能制造产业快速发展，而人才数量的需求也在加大，而智能制造产业对人才专业素质的要求较高，因此需要专门的对口人才才能满足未来智能制造的发展要求，河南水利与环境职业学院经过多位老师的探讨研究，机电一体化技术专业非常符合智能制造对人才职业技能素质的需求。本文将在智能制造产业快速发展的背景下的针对机电一体化技术专业的人才培养进行深入的研究，主要包括：①1+X证书制度对机电一体化技术专业人才培养模式的影响;②现代学徒制对机电一体化技术专业人才培养模式影响的研究;③对机电一体化技术专业订单培养人才培养模式的研究;④机电一体化技术专业中职业精神的体现;⑤机电一体化技术专业人才培养模式的探索。……
