浅谈社区卫生服务中心绩效管理的困境与方法

摘要：随着我国社会医疗体系的不断完善与发展，社区卫生医疗服务工作在我国医疗体系中的地位也有了显著提升。在应用社区卫生服务中心开展相关工作的过程中，有效应用绩效管理模式对优化服务中心的工作流程、提升服务中心工作效率以及工作质量都有积极作用，进而发挥社区卫生服务中心的价值。但是在该种模式应用的过程中依旧存在很多不足，进而导致相关工作没有取得预想中的效果，因此，下文将对社区卫生服务中心绩效管理困境进行阐述，进而提出有效开展相关工作的方法。

Abstract： with the continuous improvement and development of China's social medical system， the status of community health and medical service in China's medical system has also been significantly improved. In the process of applying the community health service center to carry out relevant work， the effective application of performance management model plays a positive role in optimizing the work process of the service center， improving the work efficiency and work quality of the service center， and then give full play to the value of the community health service center. However， there are still many deficiencies in the application of this model， which leads to the failure of relevant work to achieve the expected results. Therefore， the following will elaborate on the performance management dilemma of community health service centers， and then put forward the methods to effectively carry out relevant work.

本世纪初，医疗体制改革，很多乡镇卫生院从政府办转民营，在2010年以后陆续回收，命名为社区卫生服务中心，其可以有效为社区居民提供相应的医疗服务并指导居民开展相应预防保健工作。社区卫生服务中心在为社区居民提供相应医疗服务的过程中应当有效保证医疗服务的质量，因此为了达成这一工作目标，相关工作人员应当对社区卫生服务中心的绩效管理进行完善，对相关工作流程进行有效规范，进而保证医疗服务质量进一步提升。

1.社区卫生服务中心的基本概念

社区卫生服务是指在一定区域内通过社区卫生服务中心为当地居民提供相应的医疗、预防、保健以及康复等相关活动的总称，作为可以开展多项活动的组织，社区卫生服务中心所具备的功能是相对完善的，其所提供的医疗服务也具有相应的系统性以及专业性，可有效帮助社区居民解决基本的医疗卫生问题。……
