高职百万扩招教学管理模式的转变与创新

摘要高职百万扩招策略的提出是为了解决现阶段我国高质量技术人才不足问题，保证高职院校能够为社会的长远发展提供一批更高质量的人才支持。但是也不可否认这一策略的提出，也对高职院校的教学管理模式提出了更高的要求。本文在研究的过程中，则建立在高职百万扩招的基础之上，分析现阶段其策略的提出，对于高职院校教学管理模式的影响，并提出更加具有针对性的意见与建议，提升高职院校人才培养质量。

Transformation and Innovation of Teaching Management Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges

AbstractThe strategy of expanding the enrollment of millions of higher vocational colleges is to solve the shortage of high-quality technical personnelin China and ensurethathighervocationalcollegesprovide higherquality personnel support for the long-term development of the society. At the same time， higher requirements are put forward for the teaching management mode of higher vocational colleges. Based on the enrollment expansion of millions of higher vocational colleges， this paper analyzes the influence of current strategies on the teaching management mode of higher vocational colleges， and puts forward more targeted opinions and suggestions to improve the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges.

1高职百万扩招基本情况概述

我国在不断发展过程中社会所存在的矛盾也更加地凸显，其中高质量技术人才的缺失则是社会发展中的重要矛盾，人们对于技术人才重视程度不足与技术人才缺失是影响我国继续发展的重要因素，在此情况之下，我国采用百万扩招的方式，解决现阶段我国高技术人才不足问题，提升社会发展速度与质量。2019年我国在《政府工作报告》中指出为了响应新时代发展的实际需求，我国高职需要进行大量人才的培养工作，故而高职需要大规模扩招100万人。此项制度实施之后，我国各地也积极响应相关的号召，大量地进行高职人才的培养。而从2020年教育部网站所公布的情况来看，截至2020年8月27日，我国共有普通高校2738所，比去年增长50所，而其中本科院校1270所，比上一年增加5所，高职专科院校1468所，比去年增加45所。与此同时，高职所培养出来的人才数量也呈现逐年上升趋势，截止到2020年全国各类高等教育教学规模为4，183万人，比去年增加181万人，高等教育毛入学率54.4%，比上年增加2.8个百分点。……
