高职商务英语的创新创业教育条件保障与组织实施

摘要高职商务英语专业的特质决定了除构建适合的创新创业人才培养模式之外，还需以健全的硬件设施为后盾、优化的师资队伍为抓手、丰富的课程资源为载体，并注重保障条件的实践性、心境性、情境性与多元性，从而“项链式”组织创新创业教学内容、“联动式”实施创新创业教学指导、“混合式”给予创新创业评估评价，保障创新创业教育的真正落实与顺利实施。

Guarantee and Implementation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education of Business English in Higher Vocational Schools

AbstractApart from a suitable talent training mode， the characteristics of Business English determine its needs of sound hardware facilities，experienced teaching staff and rich course resources.To guarantee the successful implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education of Business English major， great importance should be first attached to hand-on practice， emotional adjustment， situated teaching and diversity input. Then， chain the content logically， provide the guidance jointly and give the evaluation comprehensively.

作为培养大学生创新创业思想萌芽的阵地——高等职业院校在创新创业教育条件的提供与保障方面有着义不容辞的责任。然而，商务英语专业因文科性质强，其专业教育与创业教育一度割裂，学生知识与技能的实践创新也被抑制。[1]除构建适合高职商务英语创新创业人才培养模式之外，我们仍亟须进一步探索创新创业保障条件，以确保创新创业教育的真正落实与顺利实施。

1创新创业教育保障的条件

创新创业保障体系包括政府制度保障、学校教育保障与社会岗位保障。[2]其中，学校教育保障是创新创业的重中之重，需以健全的硬件设施为后盾，优化的师资队伍为抓手，丰富的课程资源为载体，一体推进、融合共生。

1.1硬件

商务英语创新创业教育的首要硬件保障条件是实训室。学生通过英语语言运用与商务技术操作，主动获取理论知识与实践技能，从中发现并努力填平理论与技能融合过程中的沟壑，增强创新意识。……
