竞技强能导向的“课赛相通”教学改革实践探索

摘要技能竞赛在高职教学改革中发挥重要作用，已然成为职业教育的风向标。为解决高等职业教育中存在的“课、赛少贯通”问题，江西旅游商贸职业学院搭建“标准对接、任务驱动、技能导向、多元评价”的竞技强能平台，以竞技强能为导向，进行“课赛相通”教学改革实践探索。实践表明，“课赛相通”教学改革對“四促一体”育人模式的落地实施，对培养“强根基、懂创新、高素能”高层次复合型旅游类人才，对提高师资队伍工匠精神，对促进学生就业创业都起着积极的作用。

AbstractSkill competition plays an important role in Higher Vocational Teaching Reform and has become a wind vane of vocationaleducation.Inordertosolvetheproblemof"fewercoursesandcompetitionsconnect"inhighervocationaleducation， Jiangxi Tourism & Commerce Vocational College has built a competitive ability platform of "standard docking， task driving， skillorientationandmultipleevaluation"，andcarriedoutthepracticalexplorationofteachingreformof"connectingcoursesand competitions" under the guidance of competitive ability. Practice shows that the teaching reform of "connecting courses and competitions"playsapositiveroleintheimplementationofthe"fourpromotioninone"educationmodel，thecultivationofhighlevelcompositetourismtalentswith"strongfoundation，understandinginnovationandhighqualityability"，theimprovementof thecraftsman spiritofteachersandthepromotionofstudents’employmentandentrepreneurship.

国家高度重视职业院校技能竞赛，技能竞赛成绩已经成为职业院校办学实力的重要标志，技能竞赛也成为职业教育教学改革的一个风向标。江西旅游商贸职业学院不断深化“竞技课堂”教学改革，搭建“标准对接、任务驱动、技能导向、多元评价”的竞技强能平台，将竞技理念和竞赛标准融入日常教学，有效解决了技能竞赛与日常教学、生产实际脱节的问题。本文以江西旅游商贸职业学院旅游类专业为研究对象，从第一课堂、第二课堂、全员参与、校企合作四个方面阐述竞技强能导向的“课赛相通”教学改革的实践探索。

1高职院校“课赛相通”教学改革的困境和对策

“课赛相通”就是以培养高端技术技能人才为目标，搭建技能竞赛平台，围绕竞赛体系开展教学改革，将竞赛内容融入日常教学内容，将竞赛标准融入实训教学标准中，将竞赛评价标准融入课程测试和考试标准中，全方位对接课程。……
