大数据背景下的企业财务管理人才培养研究

摘要文章驾驭文献资料法、逻辑分析法、参与式观察法，并结合笔者十多年的一线高职教学经历，解析了大数据的特征，整合大数据以预测为核心，具有相关性、复杂性及全体数据分析的特点，进而构建了高职财务管理专业一梁三柱式人才培养模式，尝试性提出技能型劳动者这一人才培养定位梁，通过培养力量柱——优化教师队伍、培养机制柱——革新教学方法、培养形式柱——全过程打造职业胜任力这一模式，来实现高职财务管理专业的人才培养能够满足企业财务管理人才培养的标准及素养。以期有助于提升高职财务管理专业人才培养的品相，有利于增加高职财务管理专业学生的综合素养，有益于促进高职财务管理人才培养达到企业财务管理人才的要求。

Research on the Training of Enterprise Financial Management Talents under the Background of Big Data

AbstractBy using the methods of literature， logical analysis and participatory observation， combined with the author’s more than ten years of teaching experience in front-line higher vocational education， this paper analyzes the characteristics of big data， integrates big data， takes prediction as the core， has the characteristics of relevance， complexity and all data analysis， and then constructs a one beam and three column talent training model for financial management major in higher vocationaleducation.Thefirstmockexamistoputforwardthetrainingoccupationofskilledworkers.Bycultivatingstrength columns， optimizing teachers’ team and training mechanism columns， innovating teaching methods and training forms， we can build a professional competency model in the whole process to realize the training of talents in financial management major in highervocational colleges， which can meet the standards and qualities of financial management personnel training. ItisexpectedtohelpimprovethequalityoftalenttrainingofhighervocationalFinancialManagementSpecialty，increasethe comprehensive quality of higher vocational Financial Management students， promote the training of higher vocational Financial management talents and meet the requirements of enterprise financial management talents.
