机电设备维修中故障诊断技术的运用

摘要：科技的持续发展促进了机电设备的技术优化，逐步实现了机电设备自动化，为工业产业的发展产生了强有力的驱动。然而在内因及外因的双重作用下，机电设备利用过程中易产生故障问题，因此，机电设备维修中需要通过故障诊断技术应用价值发挥，依托于故障的快捷诊断实现故障的高效与妥善排除，以此保障机电设备的正常运行，防止工业企业因机电设备故障因素而出现人员伤亡及经济损失。基于此，该文简要阐述了机电设备故障诊断技术，分析了诱发机电设备故障的原因，介绍了几种机电设备维修中常用的故障诊断技术，并总结了机电设备维修中故障诊断技术的应用要点。

Abstract： The continuous development of science and technology has promoted the technical optimization of mechanical and electrical equipment， and gradually realized the automation of mechanical and electrical equipment， which has generated a strong drive for the development of industrial industry. However， under the dual role of internal and external causes， mechanical and electrical equipment is prone to failure in the process of utilization. Therefore， mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance needs to give play to the application value of fault diagnosis technology， relying on the quick diagnosis of faults to achieve efficient and proper troubleshooting of faults， so as to ensure the normal operation of mechanical and electrical equipment. Prevent industrial enterprises due to mechanical and electrical equipment failure factors and human casualties and economic losses. Based on this， the paper briefly expounds the fault diagnosis technology of mechanical and electrical equipment， analyzes the cause of inducing the fault of mechanical and electrical equipment， introduces several commonly used fault diagnosis technology in the maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment， and summarizes the application of fault diagnosis technology in the maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment.

传统机电设备维修是以模糊理论作为故障诊断方法的应用基础，以设备数据分析为重点，所应用的故障诊断技术主要是多传感融合技术、特征矢量技术等，这些技术应用过程中易受外部因素干扰，若是传感器可靠性不佳、无法实现完整与全面的信号收集，或是存在电磁场干扰均会影响诊断结果的精准性。此外，诊断人员的理论知识深厚与否、综合技术高低也是故障诊断的重要影响因子，因而机电设备维修中要科学选用故障诊断技术，明确故障诊断技术应用要点，从而精准、快速实现机电设备故障的排查与解决。
