公路工程施工中深基坑支护方式的分析探讨

摘要：深基坑支护是工程项目基础施工的要点内容，也是提高整体结构承载力与稳定性的关键所在。该文以公路工程中深基坑支护方式为探讨主题，分别介绍了SMW工法桩和拉森U型钢板桩两种支护工艺。SMW工法桩从测量放线、开挖沟槽、设置导向定位型钢、搅拌及注浆等方面分析，拉森U型从钢板桩导架安装、插打钢板桩等主要工序进行介绍，总结深基坑支护的施工质量控制的具体内容。

Abstract： Deep foundation pit support is not only the key content of foundation construction， but also the key to improve the bearing capacity and stability of the overall structure. Taking the support mode of deep foundation pit in highway engineering as the discussion topic， this paper introduces two support technologies： SMW method pile and Larsen U-shaped steel sheet pile. SMW construction method pile is analyzed from the aspects of measurement and setting out， trench excavation， setting of guide and positioning section steel， mixing and grouting. Larsen U-shaped pile is introduced from the main processes such as installation of steel sheet pile guide frame and inserting and driving steel sheet pile， and the specific contents of construction quality control of deep foundation pit support are summarized.

优化深基坑工程施工质量，关键在于立足于公路施工的实际情况，贴合其深度大、规模大等施工特点，选择适宜的支护形式，科学使用支护工艺，加强全流程质量控制，从整体上提高深基坑支护施工的质量水平。

1支护方式介绍

公路工程施工中深基坑支护方式，根据设计图纸及施工场地周边区域的实际地质情况综合进行确定，该文主要论述了两种较为常用的深基坑支护方式：SMW工法桩、拉森U型钢板桩。

2 SMW工法桩施工方法

将SMW工法桩应用到公路工程深基坑施工环节中，需要使用到三轴搅拌桩机，专业的机械设备是支持并推动材料搅拌、钻掘等作业内容有序完成的基础条件。与此同时，还需使用吊机装置，为H型钢的吊起作业提供辅助作用，确保型钢在自重作用下逐步插入到指定孔内，并达到特定的深度位置。在现场施工中，施工人员应科学把握重复套钻区域，以便整个墙体的连续性得到有效提升（见图1）[1]。……
