产教融合教学模式在机械加工制造专业中的应用探究

摘要：随着近年来，我国产业升级的速度加快，机械加工制造业正面临着新的挑战，职业教育所提供的高技术人才正是这场产业升级的攻坚战中具有决定性的因素之一。但传统的校企合作模式存在一些问题，而新的产教融合模式更有利于提高高校学生的理论与技能水平，该文探讨了如何在产教融合模式如何在机械专业教学中应用，并探讨了在生产车间中设立“学习岛”及如何进行管理运行。

Abstract： With the acceleration of China's industrial upgrading in recent years， the mechanical processing and manufacturing industry is facing new challenges. The high-tech talents provided by vocational education is one of the decisive factors in the critical battle of industrial upgrading.However， there are some problems in the traditional school-enterprise cooperation mode， and the new industry and education integration mode is more conducive to improving the theory and skills level of secondary vocational students. This paper discusses how to apply the integration mode of industry and education in the mechanical professional teaching， and discusses the establishment of a "learning island" in the production workshop and how to conduct management and operation.

伴随着时代的发展进步、产业升级的进行，制造业对于高技术人才的需求越来越大，因此如何培养高素质、应用型人才的问题成为摆在众多教育工作者面前共同的话题。机械加工制造专业的产业工人应该具备一定的理论知识，还要有良好的实践动手能力。该文即探讨产教融合模式下机械加工制造专业的实训方式改良。

1 加工制造专业职业教育面临的问题

自改革开放以来，我国的制造业飞速发展，时至今日，我国已经成为制造业大国，但传统的劳动密集型产业依然占了很大一部分比重，产品附加值低，工人工资低，劳动环境差，随着全球化进程的不斷加深，正在面临着其他低劳动力成本国家的冲击，在这种形势下产业升级成为了唯一的解决方案，而在冲击中高端产业链的过程中，产生了大量的高技术人才缺口，近年来，私营的中小型企业出现了高技术工人招工难的问题。……
