中学图书馆提升服务效能的创新途径探究

摘要：当今时代，信息技术发展迅速，中学图书馆管理工作应有对应的理念和方法支持，并据此实现提升服务效能的目标。该文便在试图分析中学图书馆服务效能提升内涵后，指出当前实际情况尤其是突出问题，并给出从理念到具体操作方法的建议，建议内容包括形成服务效能意识、理清作用发展方向，以及优化环境、配合教学等，希望可以找到行之有效的问题处理办法，全面提升中学图书馆效能，使之更好地给在校师生提供服务。

Abstract：In today's era， with the rapid development of information technology， the management of middle school library should also be supported by corresponding ideas and methods， so as to achieve the goal of improving service efficiency. After trying to analyze the connotation of service efficiency improvement of middle school library， this paper points out the current actual situation， especially the prominent problems， and gives suggestions from concept to specific operation methods. The suggestions include forming service efficiency awareness， clarifying the role and development direction， optimizing the environment and cooperating with teaching， hoping to find effective solutions to problems， comprehensively improve the efficiency of middle school library and make it better serve teachers and students.

图书馆是一个文化传播和文化服务的场所，而中学图书馆无疑是离师生最近也最适宜开展教育与学习的场所之一，在现代社会不断发展、知识经济时代已然来临的背景下，知识价值愈加凸显，图书馆的这一场所功能更显突出[1]。中学图书馆如何把握时代脉搏，展示出自身的服务功能，并对功能进行优化，是一个亟待认真思考问题。

1中学图书馆的服务效能内涵

服务效能所涉及的内涵非常广泛，其中具有图书馆服务能力、工作效率方面的要求，也有工作质量及对应社会效益的要求等，这些同时也可被视为考核中学图书馆的服务效能指标。对图书馆工作效率发生影响的重要因素，可能涉及具体工作方法、人员工作态度;图书馆的配套设施完整程度等等，处理这些问题，是创新服务效能的必经之路[2]。……
