智能制造技术在冶金装备生产中的应用

[摘    要]现阶段，智能制造技术在冶金装备生产环节中应用广泛，但与发达国家相比，智能制造技术的应用水平仍有待提高。本文以智能制造技术为切入点，探讨冶金装备生产环节中智能制造技术的具体优势及应用，以期使智能制造技术与冶金装备生产环节实现更好地结合。

[Abstract]At the present stage， intelligent manufacturing technology is widely used in the metallurgical equipment production link， but compared with more advanced countries， the application level of intelligent manufacturing technology still needs to be improved.This paper takes the intelligent manufacturing technology as the starting point， to discuss the specific advantages and application of the intelligent manufacturing technology in the metallurgical equipment production link， in order to make the intelligent manufacturing technology and the metallurgical equipment production link better combined.

在新时代背景下，科学技术的飞速发展使人们的生活方式发生了一定的改变，许多新兴科学技术逐渐在多个领域实现了广泛的应用。對于智能制造技术来说，其是新时代科技发展的产物，将智能制造技术应用至冶金装备生产环节中，能够提高生产效率，降低生产环节成本支出，提高产品生产质量。对于冶金生产行业来说，智能制造技术的应用已成为该行业未来发展的主要方向，智能制造技术的应用使冶金装备生产环节的智能化及科技化水平得到了明显的提高。此外，智能制造技术的应用是我国工业转型的基础条件，这就使得加强智能制造技术研究显得尤为重要。

1 智能制造技术概述

1.1 智能制造技术的核心理论

对于冶金设备生产环节来说，智能制造技术是一项基础技术。为了提高智能制造技术的应用水平，首先应掌握该项技术的应用原理。智能制造技术由多种先进技术衍生而来，其中包括信息技术、计算机技术等，通过系统思维模式能够实现产品生产环节一体化管理目标，科学合理地对智能制造技术加以应用还能够降低生产环节的各项成本支出，提高生产效率与生产质量[1]。……
