在宫颈癌手术中实施快速康复护理模式对患者疼痛的改善评价

【摘 要】目的：探讨快速康复护理模式实施宫颈癌手术护理中的应用对患者疼痛的改善。方法：以我院2019年8月至2021年2月期间收治的68例宫颈癌手术患者为研究对象，分为两组各34人。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上，实施快速康复护理。对比两组患者术后1d、3d、5d的VAS疼痛评分，以及下床活动时间、胃肠功能恢复时间和住院时间三项康复指标。结果：观察组在手术1d、3d、5d后疼痛评分均低于对照组；观察组三项康复指标数据均小于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：快速康复护理模式应用于宫颈癌的手术护理中，能够显著改善患者的疼痛程度，提高镇痛效果，缩短患者康复时间。

Evaluation of the application of rapid rehabilitation nursing model in cervical cancer surgical nursing on the improvement of patients’pain

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the application of rapid rehabilitation nursing model in cervical cancer surgical nursing to improve patients’ pain. Methods： Taking 68 patients undergoing cervical cancer surgery in recent years as the research objects. The control group was given routine care， and the observation group was given rapid rehabilitation care on the basis of routine care. The VAS pain scores of 1d， 3d， and 5d after operation were compared between the two groups of patients， as well as the three rehabilitation indicators of getting out of bed，gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospitalization time. Results： The pain scores of the observation group on the 1st， 3rd， and 5th day after the operation were all in the team control group； the observation group’s three rehabilitation index data were lower than those of the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion： The rapid rehabilitation nursing mode applied to the surgical nursing of cervical cancer can significantly improve the pain degree of the patient， improve the analgesic effect， and shorten the recovery time of the patient.

宫颈癌是由乳头瘤病毒感染引发的女性恶性肿瘤疾病[1]，该病早期可以完全治愈，或者注射疫苗进行预防[2]，但早期患者没有明显症状，因此容易出现错漏和误诊现象，一旦发展为完全病变则具有较高的病死率，对女性患者的生命健康造成巨大威胁。手术是临床治疗宫颈癌的常見方式，但会给女性患者带来较大的创伤和疼痛，影响到预后效果，因此需要更加重视配合手术的康复护理措施。本次研究对象为我院收治的68例宫颈癌手术患者，目的是探究快速康复护理模式实施宫颈癌手术护理中的应用对患者疼痛的改善效果，具体内容和分析结果如下。
