公共图书馆文旅融合发展的实践与探索

摘要：推动文化产业与旅游产业融合发展，图书馆作为文化工作的重要组成部分，承担着保存，开发、利用和传播民族优秀文化的重任。公共图书馆文旅融合发展是贯彻落实习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想及“三新一高”发展要求的重要举措。因此，公共图书馆要抢抓战略机遇，转变思想观念，强化使命担当，积极主动作为，努力推动公共图书馆文旅融合高质量发展。

Practice and Exploration on the Integrated Development of Culture and Tourism in Public Libraries

Abstract： Promote the integrated development of cultural industry and tourism industry，as an important part of cultural work， library undertakes the important task of preserving， developing， utilizing and disseminating national excellent culture.The integrated development of culture and tourism in public libraries is an important measure to implement Xi Jinping thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the development requirements of "three new and one high". Therefore， public libraries should seize strategic opportunities， change ideas， strengthen mission responsibility， take the initiative， and strive to promote the high-quality development of cultural tourism integration of public libraries.

1公共圖书馆文旅融合发展的现实意义

推动文化产业与旅游产业融合发展，必须从战略和全局的高度，准确把握其蕴含的重大意义。

1.1公共图书馆文旅融合是建设文化强国的迫切需要

党的十八大以来，习近平总书记在诸多重要场合多次提出“要系统梳理传统文化资源，让收藏在禁宫里的文物、陈列在广阔大地上的遗产、书写在古籍里的文字都活起来，努力建设社会主义文化强国”等文化发展理念。推动公共图书馆文旅融合发展，正是贯彻落实习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的具体举措，是按照“五位一体”总体布局推进文化建设的具体实践。图书馆作为文化工作的重要组成部分，承担着保存，开发、利用和传播民族优秀文化的重任，在建设文化强国、提升国民素质中发挥着不可替代的独特作用。把文化事业特别是图书事业融入旅游产业中，让优秀中华传统文化以旅游产品的形式得以传承和弘扬，为促进文化产业不断发展壮大带来了新机遇，也为新形势下推进文化强国战略深入实施开辟了新途径。……
