水产养殖专业本科生科研训练创新人才培养模式的探索与实践

摘要 随着水产养殖业的快速发展以及国家对水产养殖行业的新要求，培养具有创新精神和创新能力的水产养殖专业技术人才是水产大专院校所面临的新挑战。为了培养具有创新能力、实践能力和综合能力的高素质水产养殖专业人才，提高大学生的核心竞争力，探讨了水产养殖专业本科生科研训练创新人才培养模式，以期为相关农业院校开展人才培养模式的改革提供思路和参考。

Abstract With the rapid development of the aquaculture industry and the countrys new requirements for the aquaculture industry， cultivating aquaculture professionals with innovative spirit and ability is a new challenge faced by aquaculture colleges. In order to cultivate highquality aquaculture professionals with strong innovation ability， practical ability and comprehensive ability and improve the core competitiveness of aquaculture students， this article mainly explored innovative talent training model for undergraduates in aquaculture specialty，so as to provide ideas and reference for the reform of talent training models in relevant agricultural colleges.

伴隨着我国高等教育日趋多样化和多元化，创新人才培养已成为发展的必然趋势[1]。培养创新性人才，为国家提高自主创新能力和建设创新型国家作出积极贡献，是当今大学的立校之本，也是当前大学教育培养改革的重要目标之一[2]。习近平总书记指出：“我国要在科技创新方面走在世界前列，必须在创新实践中发现人才、在创新活动中培育人才、在创新事业中凝聚人才，必须大力培养规模宏大、结构合理、素质优良的创新型科技人才[3]。培养创新人才需要学校营造良好的环境氛围，使一切有利于学生创新潜能发挥的因素得到肯定和释放，促进创新思维的发展[2]。目前国家对互联网+大学生创新创业能力的要求越来越重视，创新人才已成为大学生就业及深造最重要的能力。学校应给学生提供更多的接触生产实践的机会，使学生尽早了解专业，通过紧密的团队合作和良好的沟通协调能力，主动地、创造性地在实践中学习[4]，高校进一步加强与教学、科研和生产实践的结合，拓宽创新人才的培养方式与途径。……
