浅谈建筑工程档案资料有效管理措施

【摘  要】建筑工程档案资料属于建筑企业的宝贵财富，是建筑企业在施工过程中经验与施工技术的积累，在建筑工程管理中发挥重要的作用。有效地对档案资料进行管理，不仅可以提升建筑工程的质量，还可以提高企业的经营利润。因此，对建筑工程档案资料进行科学、有效管理，无论对企业档案管理本身，还是企业未来发展都具有不可替代的作用。目前，在建筑工程档案资料管理中还存在很多问题需要解决，论文就存在的问题进行解析，并提出相应的处理措施。

【Abstract】The construction engineering archives belong to the valuable assets of construction enterprises. They are the accumulation of experience and construction technology in the construction process of construction enterprises， and play an important role in the construction engineering management. Effective management of archives can not only improve the quality of construction engineering， but also improve the business profits of enterprises. Therefore， the scientific and effective management of construction engineering archives plays an irreplaceable role in both the archives management itself in enterprises and the future development of enterprises. At present， there are still many problems that need to be solved existing in the management of construction engineering archives. This paper analyzes the existing problems and puts forward the corresponding treatment measures.

1 建筑工程档案资料管理的重要性

运用科学、有效的建筑档案管理方法，能够展现出企业内部质量控制体系的管理水平，还显现出企业管理人员对内部档案管理的重视程度。另外，国家对建筑工程档案管理也作出了明确的要求。住建部提出建筑施工过程中，对建筑档案必须严格管理，如果档案资料管理不符合要求，则认为工程质量不合格，可见档案资料管理在建筑工程中的重要性。国家住建部的严格要求，在一定程度上提高了施工单位对档案资料管理的重视程度，从而保证在建筑工程项目施工时，认识到建筑工程档案资料管理的重要性与紧迫感。

2 建筑工程档案资料管理中存在的问题与不足

2.1 建筑工程档案资料管理的信息化程度不高

目前，很多企业在建筑工程档案管理中导入了信息化管理技术，但是档案管理工作中仍然没有做到信息管理技术的有效应用及实现全面信息化管理，信息化管理程度不高。……
