试论自来水公司思想政治工作与企业文化建设

【摘  要】思想政治和企业文化虽然是无形的，却是企业软实力的一种重要体现。随着改革开放的日渐深入，水务公司的发展也迈出了新的步伐，企业文化对企业发展的贡献越来越显著，良好的思想政治工作则成为企业取胜的法宝。确立良好的企业文化，不断完善思想政治工作，推动二者水平的持续提升，成为新时代摆在水务公司面前的一个重要课题。论文从思想政治工作与企业文化建设的重要性及二者的推进途径两个主要方面进行讨论，以供参考。

【Abstract】Although ideological and political work and enterprise culture are invisible， they are an important manifestation of enterprise soft power. With the deepening of the reform and opening up， the development of water companies has also taken a new step， the contribution of enterprise culture to the development of enterprises is more and more significant， good ideological and political work has become a magic weapon for enterprises to win. It is an important task for water companies in the new era to establish good enterprise culture， perfect ideological and political work and promote their continuous improvement. This paper discusses the importance of ideological and political work and enterprise culture construction and the ways to promote them， for reference.

1 引言

一家企业的发展，离不开全体员工的共同努力，需要广大员工有强大的凝聚力。而企业文化和思想政治工作所反映的积极向上的精神，则是激励员工保持团结、促进公司良好发展的动力之源。在企业创新和改革的过程中，企业文化和思想政治工作不仅代表着企业的精神，而且对激发员工的向心力起着非常积极的作用。因此，为了促进企业的可持续发展，有必要对思想政治工作和企业文化建设进行更加深入的研究分析，在做好这两项工作的同时也要努力促成二者相互促进正向循环的形成。

2 思想政治工作与企业文化建设对企业的重要性

随着社会的不断发展，各行各业的竞争日益激烈。以水务公司所在行业为例，在环保成为社会关注重点话题的大形势下，广大水务公司不仅要做好过去的工作，还要注意推陈出新，在环保上发力。……
