浅谈中小企业的财务风险及防范措施

【摘  要】随着我国经济的快速发展，中小企业在发展过程中存在着各种各样的财务风险，如果不及时分析应对可能会为企业带来巨大的损失。所以当前中小企业最主要的工作就是企业财务风险控制。论文主要探究了中小企业的财务风险与防范措施，确保企业能够更好地应对市场风险，实现长远健康发展。中小企业应该最大限度地规避风险，树立正确的财务风险观念，构建财务风险防御机制并不断完善，这样企业才能稳定发展，更好地避免出现损失。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of China's economy， there are various financial risks existing in the development process of small and medium-sized enterprises. If they do not analyze and deal with them in time， it may bring huge losses to enterprises. Therefore， the most important work of small and medium-sized enterprises at present is financial risks control. This paper mainly explores the financial risks of small and medium-sized enterprises and their preventive measures， so as to ensure that enterprises can better deal with market risks and achieve long-term healthy development. Small and medium-sized enterprises should avoid risks to the greatest extent， establish a correct concept of financial risks， build a prevention mechanism for financial risks and continuously improve it， so that enterprises can develop steadily and avoid the losses of enterprise.

1 引言

随着如今经济的快速发展，我国的中小企业也随之发展得越来越快速，如今全国企业总数中中小企业占其99%以上，也推动着我国国民经济的快速增长。但在企业竞争越来越激烈的今天，受宏观因素和微观因素的影响，中小企业在发展过程中也会遇到各种各样的财务风险，由于规模相对较小、资金相对有限、负债结构不合理、财务管理制度不完善等特点，其自身对于经营过程中遇到的财务风险的对抗性较弱，遇到市场风险时抵御能力也较差，许多中小企业会因为外界和自身的因素导致财务风险管理不善而陷入困境甚至破产。所以对我国中小企业目前存在的财务风险管理进行研究和探讨是非常必要的。
