大智移云时代下财务共享面临问题研究

【摘  要】当前环境下，企业建立财务共享服务中心已然成为一种趋势。与此同时，一系列抨击现实的问题，如财务人员脱离业务、更新成本高、增加财务核算风险等，也逐渐呈现在整个行业面前，而如何解决此类问题成为当前的首要任务。论文旨在总结当下财务共享所存在的问题及潜在问题，分析形成当前局势的因素，探索出解决问题的相应措施，从而提高财务共享服务中心的可行性。此次研究目的是分析当下大热的财务共享在实际运用中所逐步凸显出的优势与不足，从而提出有助于健全财务共享体系的建设性意见。

【Abstract】Under the current environment， it has become a trend for enterprises to establish financial sharing service center. At the same time， a series of problems attacking the reality， such as financial personnel leaving the business， high cost of updating， increasing the risk of financial accounting， have gradually appeared in front of the whole industry， and how to solve such problems has become the current priority. This paper aims to summarize the existing problems and potential problems of financial sharing， analyzes the factors that form the current situation， explores the corresponding measures to solve the problems， so as to improve the feasibility of financial sharing service center. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the current hot financial sharing in practical application， so as to put forward constructive suggestions to improve the financial sharing system.

1 引言

如今，社会经济不断发展，企业财务管理作用开始显现出来。而大智移云时代的来临，让我们开始思考财务该怎样随着大流进行共同发展。随着第四次“工业革命”逐步推进，各类事物都趋向于智能化发展，在这样的大环境下，财务转型早已提上日程。近年来，尤以万科、海尔、中兴为代表的一众大型企业均开始建设财务共享服务中心，但在此过程中，由于财务特殊性、财务共享本身所存在的弊端以及在走向成熟化过程中所逐步凸显的问题，使财务共享服务安全性、可靠性以及可行性受到各界人士质疑，与此同时，财务人员转型也成为了财务共享体系走向健全之路的一大阻碍。
