论思想政治工作与企业文化建设

【摘  要】随着经济社会的不断发展，企业之间的竞争也越来越激烈。文化作为一种软实力，不仅潜移默化地植入民族的凝聚力、创造力以及生命力中，也对企业的生产经营发挥着重要的作用。企业文化在现代化企业的发展过程中有着不可替代的作用，是企业的核心竞争力之一，同时，也关系着企业的可持续发展。我国把思想政治工作放在首要位置，是党的优良传统和政治优势，也是促进企业发展的要素。在新时代的背景下，企业必须将企业文化和党的思想建设结合起来，促进自身协调可持续发展。

【Abstract】With the continuous development of economy and society， the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. As a kind of soft power， culture not only embeds imperceptibly into the national cohesion， creativity and vitality， but also plays an important role in the production and operation of enterprises. Enterprise culture plays an irreplaceable role in the development process of modern enterprises. It is one of the core competitiveness of enterprises. At the same time， it is also related to the sustainable development of enterprises. China puts ideological and political work in the first place， which is a fine tradition and political advantage of Party and a component of promoting the development of enterprises. Under the background of the new era， enterprises must combine enterprise culture and Party ideological construction to promote their own coordinated and sustainable development.

1 引言

随着全球经济一体化的发展，企业不仅面临着市场竞争的压力，还面临着企业文化竞争的压力。企业想要获得更好的发展，屹立于不败之地，就一定要注重企业文化的发展，把我党的思想政治工作放在首要地位，这对推动我国经济发展有着重要作用。所以，将企业文化和我党的政治建设有机结合起来会带动企业更好地发展。下文就企业文化与我党的思想政治工作的辩证关系进行研究，并提出切实可行的方案，推动企业更好地发展，同时，不断提高企业的文化软实力。

2 企业文化建设与思想政治工作的内涵

一个企业的文化是企业的凝聚力，也是企业开展生产经营和管理活动的基础性，而企业文化的发展离不开思想政治工作的指导。……
