幼儿园劳动教育对促进幼儿个性品质发展的研究

【摘  要】劳动教育对塑造和发展儿童健康生活的趋势具有积极和关键的现实意义。教师对工作的形成有适当的看法，帮助幼儿建立良好的心理状态，并合理地促进他们未来与社会和谐发展的趋势。适度的劳动可以帮助幼儿树立良好的观念，并从劳动者的全过程中获得发展的趋势。从实施道德教育基本原则的角度出发，重视幼儿劳动的情感体验和过程教育，让幼儿养成热爱劳动的习惯，对幼儿的身体和精神状态的发展具有不可替代的影响。

【Abstract】Labor has a positive and important significance for cultivating and developing a healthy life for children. Teachers should form a correct view of labor training， help children establish a good labor psychology， and effectively promote their future harmonious development with society. Moderate labor can help children establish good ideas and obtain development trends from the entire process of laborers. From the perspective of implementing the basic principles of moral education， attach importance to the emotional experience and process education of children's labor， so that children can develop the habit of loving labor， which has an irreplaceable impact on the development of children's physical and mental states.

一、幼儿园劳动教育的现状

（一）劳动教育内容不齐全

从课程内容的设置来看，很少有幼儿园将幼儿劳动纳入课程范围，大多数教师对劳动教育的使用价值没有深刻的了解，更不用说劳动者对幼儿身心发展的实际意义了。许多幼儿园的劳动教育的内容仅限于教师的讲解和示范引领，例如，提前准备饭菜、饭后收拾碗勺、在活动和游戏中组织玩具分发、收放以及协助幼儿园教师在饲养区分发零食并喂养动物、照顾植物等。

（二）劳动教育时间及措施不足

因为幼儿园的活动都是提前制定好的，提前规划的。课程的设置，内容的安排都有详细的计划，幼儿在幼儿园要做些什么事，如何去做，教师也是按计划执行。虽然教师也会让他们做一些力所能及的事情，比如擦桌子、收碗筷、整理玩具图书等，但进行详尽的劳动教育的时间不足，幼儿无法感受到劳动教育的真正意义。……
