中小学教育策略探析

【摘  要】中小学年龄段的学生，还没有形成良好的世界观、人生观与价值观，其逻辑思维能力以及综合能力的发展也不够健全。因此，学校应有效加强对中小学教育教学策略的重视，积极更新中小学教育的管理理念，建立科学有效的教育思想，结合先进的教学手段，摒弃传统落后的教育模式，实现对中小学教育策略的创新，从而满足当今中小学生的学习需求，调动中小学生学习的积极性与热情。本文就中小学教育策略进行探讨与分析，以供参考。

【Abstract】Students of elementary and middle school age have not yet formed a good world outlook， outlook on life and values， and their logical thinking ability and comprehensive ability development are not sound enough. Therefore， schools should effectively strengthen the importance of education and teaching strategies in primary and secondary schools， actively update the management concepts of primary and secondary education， establish scientific and effective educational thoughts， combine advanced teaching methods， abandon traditional and backward education models， and realize education strategies for primary and secondary schools. In order to meet the learning needs of todays primary and secondary school students， and mobilize their enthusiasm and enthusiasm for learning. This article discusses and analyzes the education strategies of primary and secondary schools for reference.

对于中小学教育的管理者来说，师德师风的建设和发展会直接影响学风与校风，并且对学生的学习质量与学习效率有很大的影响。因此，中小学教育管理者在进行教育策略的管理过程中，应有效加强教师教学水平的科学性与专业性，并且在校园中为学生营造出一个良好的学习氛围，开展多种多样的校园活动，调动学生对课程学习的积极性与热情，使学生能主动参与到学习活动中，这对学生学习质量与学习效率的可持续性发展有着积极的促进作用。

一、加强对教师的专业培训

教师作为学生学习的组织者、管理者与引导者，对学生的综合能力发展与培养有着积极的促进作用，师德师风的建设与发展也会直接影响教风、学风以及校风，并且对学生的学习质量以及学习效率的發展也起着决定性的作用。……
