基于共生理论的虚拟学术社区科研合作稳定性研究

摘 要：[目的/意義]随着互联网技术的快速发展，虚拟学术社区逐渐成为科研合作的重要平台，运用共生理论，研究不同共生模式下虚拟学术社区科研合作选择，有利于找到较为稳定的科研合作模式。[方法/过程]将虚拟学术社区科研合作划分为4种共生模式，用改进的Logistic模型构建4种虚拟学术社区科研合作共生模型，并对科研合作共生模型稳定性进行探讨，通过科研合作成员间的建模仿真研究，对平衡条件下的虚拟学术社区科研合作进行分析。[结果/结论]研究表明：虚拟学术社区科研合作在对称性互惠共生模式下最稳定，由此从共生单元、共生模式、共生环境3个维度提出促进虚拟学术社区科研合作稳定性策略。

Research on the Stability of Scientific Research Cooperation in

Virtual Academic Community Based on Symbiosis Theory

Abstract：[Purpose/Significance]With the rapid development of Internet technology，virtual academic community has gradually become an important platform for scientific research cooperation.Using symbiosis theory，this paper studies the choice of scientific research cooperation in virtual academic community under different modes in order to find a more stable mode of scientific research cooperation.[Method/Process]In this paper，the logistic model was used to analyze the stability of scientific research cooperation in different modes of virtual academic community，and the stability analysis model was used to discuss the stability of scientific research cooperation，as well as the modeling and simulation research among cooperative members，so as to analyze the scientific research cooperation under the balanced condition.[Results/Conclusions]The research shows that the research cooperation of virtual academic community was the most stable under the symmetrical reciprocal symbiosis mode.Therefore，the strategies to promote the stability of research cooperation of virtual academic community were proposed from three dimensions of symbiosis unit，symbiosis mode and symbiosis environment.

在科学日益交叉、综合和复杂的大科学时代，科研合作已经成为知识创新的主要形式，是促进科学进步的关键因素[1]。根据科学计量学家Katz J S等的观点，科研合作是指科研主体为创造新的知识这一共同愿望而相互配合、协同工作[2]。论文合作（合著）是其重要表现形式之一[3]，但有些科研合作产出不明确，资源共享、数据共享、平台共享、人员交流、学术会议、项目参与、学术研讨等同样属于科研合作的表现形式[4]。随着互联网技术不断发展，为满足科研人员学术沟通与交流的方式，虚拟学术社区应运而生。虚拟学术社区的出现，是对传统科研合作模式的补充和发展，实现了知识在科研人员间扩散、转移、吸收、进化，进而孵化出新的学术思想和知识，逐渐成为科研人员成果传播和知识交流的重要平台[5]。……
