基于家校合作培养小学生责任心的实践研究报告

摘  要：当前，由于许多家庭对孩子都非常溺爱，导致学生出现责任心薄弱的现象。有些学生不能及时完成作业，在学校时值日不认真，忘记带书本和学习用品，桌面东西散乱，这些其实都是学生缺乏责任心的表现。要想提升学生的责任心，光靠教师和学校的教育是不够的，学生在家庭中的时间更多，家庭氛围对学生的影响也较大，因此对学生责任心的培养也要从家庭入手，进行家校合作是行之有效的方法。

A practical research report on cultivating pupils' sense of responsibility based on home school cooperation

【Abstract】At present，because many families dote on their children，students have a weak sense of responsibility. Some students can't finish their homework in time，they don't do their duty seriously in school，they forget to bring books and learning supplies，and the things on the desk are scattered. All these are the manifestations of students' lack of sense of responsibility. In order to improve the students' sense of responsibility，it is not enough to rely on the education of teachers and schools. Students have more time in the family，and the family atmosphere has a greater impact on students. Therefore，the cultivation of students' sense of responsibility should start from the family. Home school cooperation is an effective method.

责任心对于一个个体来说，是未来在社会中、事业中以及家庭中都有着决定性作用的品质，要想更好地立足于社会，在工作中取得一定的成就，收获美满幸福的家庭，这一品质是必不可少的。而在当前，对于小学生来说，许多家庭都给予了丰厚的物质条件，有什么要求家长也会尽量满足。这种无微不至的呵护，往往会使孩子变得娇纵，说话做事总是以自己为中心，导致孩子出现责任感上的缺失。由此可见，小学生责任心的培养在小学阶段的教育中必不可少。因此，学校要通过适当的方法，对学生进行责任心教育。但只靠在学校进行的学习并不能全面地覆盖学生的生活，家庭的影响也是培养学生责任心的良好途径。所以，要从家校合作入手，帮助学生形成良好的责任意识。
